| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยลักษณะการใช้งานและระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยทึ่มผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ จำนวน 1,128 คน มีประชากรที่ใช้เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 285 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอ้างอิงวิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ ส่วนใหญ่มอายุ 31-40 ปี ด้านการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านระดับตำแหน่งงานส่วนใหญ่มีตำแหน่งงานระดับ 5-6 ด้านหน่วยงานที่สังกัดส่วนใหญ่สังกัดอยู่สายงานบริหาร และด้านประสบการณ์การทำงานส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ผลการศึกษาด้านลักษณะการใช้งานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและผลการศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พนักงานที่มีหน่วยงานที่สังกัดต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นเรื่องประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ พบว่าปัจจัยลักษณะการใช้งานด้านความสามารถของระบบมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของพนักงานการประปานครหลวง สำนักงานใหญ่ โดยรวม ร้อยละ 55.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of personal factors and the usage characteristics factors and the level of performance efficiency of electronic document system, and 2) to study factors affecting performance efficiency of electronic document system of employees of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Headquarter. This study was a quantitative research. The population used in the research was 1,128 employees of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Headquarter. 285 people were determined by the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan and used as a sample group. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was analyzed with descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation; and inferential statistics were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) most of the respondents were 31 -40 years old. Most of their education was at the bachelor's degree level. In terms of job positions, most had positions at level 5-6. Most of the departments affiliated with them were in the management line. Most of them have more than 10 years of work experience. The results of the study of overall usage characteristics were at a high level and the results of the study on performance efficiency of electronic documentary system were at the highest level. 2) Employees of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Headquarter with different job positions had an effect on the level of opinions on the performance efficiency of electronic documentary system with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The usage characteristics of the system had an effect on the overall performance efficiency of the electronic document system at 55.00% with statistical significance at the 0.05 level | en_US |
