| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนพิการประเภทต่าง ๆ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด (2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทของเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนพิการประเภทต่าง ๆ วิธีการศึกษาประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการของของเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกคนพิการ/ผู้ปกครอง/ผู้ดูแลคนพิการ 5 ประเภทใน 4 ชุมชน รวม 20 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มโดยผู้เข้าร่วมสนทนาประกอบด้วยตัวแทนของเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด 5 คน และตัวแทนคนพิการ 5 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสำรวจข้อมูล แบบโครงสร้างการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแบบโครงสร้างการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดมีบทบาทในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนพิการครบทั้ง 5 ประเภท และมีโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการในด้านต่าง ๆ ครบทั้ง 5 ด้าน แต่มีคนพิการเพียงส่วนน้อยที่ได้รับประโยชน์จากการดำเนินการของเทศบาล และส่วนใหญ่ได้รับประโยชน์เฉพาะด้านสวัสดิการโดยได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพคนพิการ (2) เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดควรปรับปรุงการดำเนินการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการทั้งในด้านสุขภาพ ด้านการศึกษา ด้านอาชีพ ด้านสังคม และด้านสวัสดิการ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น โดยเน้นความสำคัญของการพัฒนาด้านอาชีพเพื่อให้คนพิการสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the roles of Pakkred City in developing the quality of life of people with disabilities in municipal area; (2) to suggest the ways to develop the roles of Pakkred City in developing the quality of life of people with disabilities. The research methodology were documentary research, in-depth interview and focus group. Interviewees were 5 types of people with disabilities in 4 communities of Pakkred City and participants of the focus group were 5 representatives of Pakkred City and 5 representatives of 5 organizations of people with disabilities. The research instruments were survey form, interview form and focus group structure. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and content analysis. in developing the quality of life for all types of people with disabilities and had projects that entirely covered all kind of development; health, education, career, social and welfare. However, only a few of people with disabilities gained advantages from these projects and most of them received only pension as a welfare service. (2) Pakkred City should improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all projects in developing the quality of life of people with disabilities and emphasize the importance of career development for people with disabilities to be able to sustainably rely on themselves. | en_US |
