| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินการใช้ปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านสภาวะแวดล้อมปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการปฏิบัติระหว่างดำเนินการและผลผลิตของระบบ e-LAAS ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดอุดรธานี (2) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานของระบบ e-LAAS ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดอุดรธานี ประชากรสำหรับการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ e-LAAS ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 381 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเคจซีและมอร์แกน ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 191 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผลการประเมินการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ e-LAAS ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายปัจจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก ที่มีค่ามากที่สุด ได้แก่ ผลผลิต โดยที่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้าน คือ ด้านความถูกต้องแม่นยำ ด้านความโปร่งใส ด้านความประหยัด ด้านความรวดเร็วและทันต่อการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม โดยที่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก คือ ด้านความเหมาะสมของระบบ ในขณะที่ด้านความพร้อมของสภาพพื้นที่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำเข้าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ e-LAAS ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลางมากที่สุดเป็นอันดับแรกคือ ไม่มีคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ e-LAAS รองลงมาคือ ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไม่ได้ให้ความสำคัญของการมีระบบ e-LAAS ในการบริหารงาน และน้อยที่สุดคือ บุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบไม่มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aim to (1) evaluate the fundamental environment, input, process and product of e-LAAS Program in Sub-district Administrative Organization in Udonthani Province. (2) study the problems and obstacles in the implementation of e-LAAS Program in Sub-district Administrative Organization in Udonthani Province. The population for this study is that personal working of e-LAAS Program in Sub-district Administrative Organization in Udonthani Province. Total sample size of 381 were determined by using the Krejcie & Morgan. The 191 samples were randomly selected by a simple random sampling. Instruments used to collect data were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) the assessment of e-LAAS Program in Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Udonthani Province overall, at high level. When considering the factors found that have an average level. The most valuable products that considering it was also found that the accuracy, the transparency, economics, its quick and timely decisions all at a high level. Followed by the basic environment. Considering that it was also found that with the average level of the system is the most appropriate. While the availability of the area was in the intermediate level. And factor inputs are minimal and overall were moderate. (2) the problems and obstacles in the implementation of e-LAAS Program in Sub-district Administrative Organization in Udonthani Province overall, the average level. And the average level is highest is not to use of e-LAAS Program. Followed by Organization Management did not provide of e-LAAS Programin the system administration..
