| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนป่าชุมชนของกรมป่าไม้ เพื่อใช้ในการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านป่าชุมชนการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาวิธีการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบเริ่มจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์กระบวนการขึ้นทะเบียนป่าชุมชน เพื่อนำมาสร้าง ต้นแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลป่าชุมชน การจัดประชุมผู้ใช้งานภายในสำนักจัดการป่าชุมชน จํานวน 10 คน ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มแบบโฟกัส เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นรวมถึงขอเสนอแนะต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับ ต้นแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น และนำไปปรับปรุงต้นแบบ และการนำระบบฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนป่าชุมชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นให้ผู้ใช้งานทั้งภายในและภายนอก จํานวน 160 คนทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบ ระบบฐานขอมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมขอมูล 4 ส่วนใหญ่ ๆ ได้แก่ข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานระบบข้อมูลการขึ้นทะเบียนป่าชุมชน ข้อมูลรายงานสรุปสําหรับผู้บริหาร และข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์การพัฒนาระบบดำเนินการภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium โดยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา Asp.Net และโปรแกรม Microsoft SQL Server 2008 ผลการวิจัยทำใหํ ้ได้ระบบฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนป่าชุมชนที่ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าใช้ งานในการค้นหาข้อมูลรวมทั้งผู้บริหารสามารถใช้งานในการวางแผนเพื่อบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ป่าชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการประเมินระบบฐานขอมูลทะเบียนป่าชุมชนใน 4 หัวข้อได้แก่ การนำเข้าข้อมูลเข้าในระบบฐานข้อมูลการค้นหาและการประมวลผลข้อมูลการรายงานผลและภาพรวมของระบบฐานขอมูลทะเบียนป่าชุมชน พบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to develop a database system for community forest registration of the Royal Forest Department, in order to support the implementation of the community forest. This study was research and development in nature. The system development life cycle methodology was used. The analysis process for the registration of the community forest was to create a prototype of the community forest database system. The arrangements for the use within the Community Forest Management Bureau, through interviews with 10 focus groups to get comments and suggestions regarding the development of the prototype, and to improve the process. A database system was developed for the community forest users, both inside and outside the trial of 160 people and a survey conducted to check their satisfaction with the system. The database system developed covered four major sections, including user information systems: the registration of the Community Forest, Report Executive Summary, and electronic documents. The software development tools employed were Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium operating system, programming language, using Asp.Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The result of this study was a community forest database system which users can access to find information. An executive can use the system to plan to manage the forest more efficiently. The results of the system evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in 4 aspects, which included database, searching and data processing, reporting and overview of the database systems | en_US |
