| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) บทบาทของนางสายใจ เลิศวิริยะประภา ในการสร้างธรรมาภิบาล 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินบทบาท 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค และ4) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาบทบาท การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีเชิงพรรณา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บทบาทของนางสายใจ เลิศวิริยะประภา ในการสร้างธรรมาภิบาล โดยมีการบริหารงานที่ยึดหลักกฏหมายส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีคุณธรรมในการดำเนินชีวิต บริหารงานด้วยความโปร่งใส ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินบทบาท ในการสร้างธรรมาภิบาล มี 7 ประการ 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคพบว่า งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ และความล่าช้าในการบริหารงานบางประการ และ4) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน การส่งเสริมภาคประชาชนและคณะกรรมการชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งและการของบประมาณในการบริหารงานเพิ่มขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research is aimed to study (1) role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa To create a corporate governance; (2) Factors Affecting the Role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa to create a corporate governance; and (3) problems and barriers to the role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa (4) To provide guidance on the development of the role to create a corporate governance. This research is qualitative research. There are 21 specific sampling groups consisting of the mayor of Khao Sam Yod Town, Municipality Deputy mayor and The municipal council,The president and the community 's representatives who are located in the municipal area. Villagers leaders without political and bureaucratic positions. Teachers and relatives. The tool used for data collection is an in-depth interview form. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods. The research findings showed that (1) The role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa to create a corporate governance are conducted in accordance with six principles include 1) the rule of Law 2) morality 3) Accountability 4) paticipation 5) responsibility 6) value with the management of the legal basis. Encourage people to be virtuous in living, managing with transparency and promoting public participation. The duties and responsibilities are clearly divided into reasonable Use limited resources effectively. Maximum benefit (2) Factors affecting the role of Mrs.Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa in creating a corporate governance were: 1) leadership; 2) the social capital of human resources and local wisdom; 3) public participation in all sectors involved; 4) network in the whole public sector and civil society; 5) creative Innovation; 6) citizenship Education; and 7) femininity. These factors encouraged the creation of good governance in the municipality of Khao Sam Yod Town. (3) Obstacles in the role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa in creating good governance, were obstacles such as insufficient budgets, different opinions and some delay in administration etc. (4) Recommendations on the development of the role of Mrs. Saijai Lertwiriyaprapa included the management of redundant operations, human development, additional budget and power for the community committee | en_US |
