| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์สภาพการณ์และความต้องการบริการสุขภาพของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยไอซียู โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี (2) สร้างรูปแบบบริการสุขภาพที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วย และ (3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง มี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) สมาชิกครอบครัวสำหรับวิเคราะห์สภาพการณ์และความต้องการบริการสุขภาพของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยไอซียู ประกอบด้วย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลปริมาณ จำนวน 32 คน และ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคุณภาพ จำนวน 20 คน และ 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย มี 2 ชุด ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพการณ์และความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยไอซียู ซึ่งเป็นของมอลเตอร์และเลสเก (1983) ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้แปลเป็นภาษาไทยและนำมาใช้ และ 2)แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบบริการสุขภาพ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 4 คน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.78 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการณ์และความต้องการการบริการสุขภาพของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยไอซียู พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับมากน้อยคือ ด้านความต้องการความเชื่อมั่น ด้านความต้องการข้อมูล ด้านความต้องการการสนับสนุน และด้านความต้องการความสบาย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ตามลำดับ 2) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 7 องค์ประกอบ (1) การสื่อสารข้อมูลอย่างชัดเจน เป็นจริง และต่อเนื่อง (2) การให้ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์การบำบัดรักษา และประโยชน์ในการนำมาใช้ (3) การให้สมาชิกครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และการดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด (4) การให้การดูแล และเยียวยาสภาพจิตใจสมาชิกครอบครัว (5) การให้ได้รับรู้สิทธิต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับการรักษาพยาบาล และการติดต่อประสานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (6) การจัดสภาพแวดล้อม และจัดบริการให้เอื้ออำนวยต่อความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัว (7) การให้บริการการพยาบาลที่รวดเร็ว และมีอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย และ 3) ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดบริการสุขภาพตอบสนองความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยไอซียูที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความเหมาะสม ร้อยละ 88.88 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this mixed methods research were: (1) to analyze the situations and expectations for health care services of patient family members in the ICU of Surat Thani Hospital, (2) to develop a model for health-care services in response to the needs of patient family members and (3) to evaluate the appropriateness of the developed model. The key informants were selected by purposive sampling technique and consisted of two groups. The first group for analyzing the situation and expectations for health care services of patient family members in the ICU consisted of 32 members for quantitative data collecting and 20 members for qualitative collecting. The second group, 4 experts, served to evaluate the appropriateness of the developed model. Two sets of research tools were used: (1) Questionnaires and an in depth-interview form for analyzing the situation and expectations of health care services of patient family members in the ICU. Nancy C. Molter & Jane Stover Leske (1983) gave permission to have these tools translated into Thai and used; and (2) an evaluation form to assess the model for health-care services in response to the needs of patient family members that was developed. The content validity of these tools was verified by 4 experts, and it was 0.78. Qualitative data were analyzed by using content analysis, and descriptive statistics were used for quantitative data. The research findings were as follows. 1) The patient family members in the ICU rated the situation and their expectations for health care services overall at the high level; in order from high to low they expected: assurance, information, support, and comfort, respectively. 2) The developed model consisted of seven components: (1) communication of information that is clear, true, and continuous; (2) information about the necessity and benefits of the medical instruments used; (3) providing for patient family members’ participation in decision making and taking care of patients; (4) psychological care and therapy for patient family members; (5) providing knowledge about rights and benefits associated with medical treatment, and coordination with relevant divisions; (6) providing a suitable environment and services to meet the needs of patient family members; and (7) fast medical services with modern equipment. Finally, 3) the developed model for health care services of patient family members in the ICU of Surat Thani Hospital was evaluated as suitable (88.88 %). | en_US |
