| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาร้อยละของสถานีอนามัยที่จัดทำรายงาน (110 รง.5 ได้ถูกต้อง (2) ศึกษาขนาดของความผิดพลาดของรายงาน 01 10 รง.5 (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความถูกต้องของรายงาน กับปัจจัยด้านบุคคล ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะของสถานีอนามัย ปัจจัยจากตัวรายงาน ปัจจัยสนับสนุน และปัจจัยจูงใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สถานีอนามัยในจังหวัดยโสธร จํานวน 63 แห่ง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการ วิจัยเชิงสํารวจเพื่ออธิบาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงาน แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.77 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สถานีอนามัยที่จัดทำรายงาน 0110 รง.5 ได้ถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 73.02 (2) รายงาน 0110 รง.5 มีขนาดความผิดพลาด ร้อยละ 2.28 (3) ความถูกต้องของรายงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยสนับสนุนด้านการตรวจสอบของหัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |
