| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีเกี่ยวกับการผลิตมังคุดของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตมังคุดตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร และ 4) ปัญหาและความต้องการของเกษตรกรในการส่งเสริมการผลิตมังคุดตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมังคุดในอำเภอทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร ในปีการเพาะปลูก 2561/62 จำนวน 287 ราย กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ยอมให้มีความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 5 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 167 รายและสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย การรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าตำสุด และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 53.69 ปี และจบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปลูกมังคุดเฉลี่ย 18.52 ปี พื้นที่ปลูกมังคุดเฉลี่ย 5.45 ไร่ แรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.35 คน รายได้จากการขายมังคุดเฉลี่ย 91,421.55 บาทต่อปี และรายได้รวมเฉลี่ย 225,092.22 บาทต่อปี 2) เกษตรกรมีการนำเทคโนโลยีการตัดแต่งกิ่งหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว และมีระบบการให้น้ำแบบสายยางในการผลิตมังคุด 3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี การจัดการตามแผนควบคุมการผลิตแต่ละขั้นตอนครบถ้วนร้อยละ 25.1 และการบันทึกข้อมูลซึ่งเกี่ยวกับการผลิตตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพร้อยละ 15.0 และ 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาด้านความรู้เรื่องการจัดการศัตรูและโรคมังคุด แหล่งน้ำ และการจำหน่ายผลผลิต เกษตรกรต้องการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรจัดฝึกอบรม การศึกษาดูงาน การสร้างแปลงสาธิต และการส่งเสริมเกษตรกรต้นแบบการผลิตมังคุดคุณภาพ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study (1) socio-economic status of farmers, (2) technology application of quality mangosteen production by farmers, (3) knowledge of farmers in mangosteen production according to Good Agricultural Practice standardization, and (4) the farmers’ problems and needs on following Good Agricultural Practice standardization in the extension of mangosteen production. The population of this study were 287 mangosteen farmers in Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province who registered under the Department of Agricultural Extension in the crop year 2018/19. The sample size of 167 farmers was determined by Taro Yamane’s formula with 5 % error level. Data were collected by using structural interview questionnaire. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation. The research results indicated that (1) the majority of farmers were female with an average age of 53.69 years and finished primary education. An average of mangosteen production experience was 18.52 years whereas the average of mangosteen plantation area was 5.45 rai (1 rai = 1,600 square meters). The average of household labor was 2.35 persons. The average numbers of annual income of selling mangosteen and annual total income was 91,421.55 baht and 225,092.22 baht respectively. (2) The farmers applied pruning technology after harvesting and used water hose system for mangosteen production. (3) Farmers had knowledge of Good Agricultural Practice, 25.1 percent of them managed the production following each step of control plan, and 15.0 percent recorded the information following safety and quality standardization. (4) Farmers had problems in knowledge of pest management and mangosteen diseases water sources, and produce selling.
