| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) สภาพการผลิตมะม่วง 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี s) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตมะม่วงตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตมะม่วงในอำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ในปีการผลิต 2564 จำนวน 235 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 149 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสัมภายณ์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุดค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเยี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดลำดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 59.04 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.04 คน ประสบการณ์ในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 7.07 ปี พื้นที่ในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 7.62 ไร่ ปริมาณผลผลิตมะม่วงรวมทั้งหมดต่อปีเฉลี่ย 2,064.43 กิโลกรัม มีรายได้จากการผลิตมะม่วงของครัวเรือนต่อปีเฉลี่ย 15,605.37 บาท และมีต้นทุนการผลิตมะม่วงต่อไร่เฉลี่ย 4,576.07 บาทแรงงานในการผลิตมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 2.81 คน เกษตรกรมีการใช้เงินทุนของตนเองในการผลิต (2) ลักษณะพื้นที่เป็นพื้นที่ชายเขา สภาพดินที่ปลูกเป็นดินร่วนปนทราย มีระยะการปลูกที่ระยะ 8 x 8 เมตร เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีการปลูกมะม่วงพันธุ์น้ำดอกไม้สีทอง มีการตัดแต่งกึ่งมะม่วงเป็นทรงเปิดกลางทุ่ม ตัวชี้วัดที่ใช้ในการเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตมะม่วงเป็นอายุผลและนำผลผลิตไปจำหน่ายจุดรับซื้อด้วยตนเอง (3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตมะม่วงระดับมากที่สุด และมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตมะม่วง (4) ปัญหาในด้านการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตคุณภาพระดับมาก ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการบูรณาการร่วมกันในทุกภาคส่วนและส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจทางค้านการเกษตรที่เป็นประโยชน์อย่างต่อเนื่องและ ยั่งยืน (S) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการเกษตรจากสื่อบุคคล สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ และสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ส่วน วิธีการส่งเสริมการเกษตรที่เกษตรกรต้องการ ได้แก่ บรรยาย สาธิต ฝึกปฏิบัติ ศึกษาดูงาน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study (1) social and economic conditions, (2) the conditions of mango production, (3) the knowledge of mango production according to Good Agricultural Practices Standards, (4) problems and suggestions of mango production according to Good Agricultural Practices Standards, (5) guidelines of extension for mango production. The population consisted of 235 mango farmers in Wiang Sa District, Nan Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2021. The 149 sample size was based on Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: (1) Most of the farmers were male with average of age 59.04 years and finished junior high school. The average number of 4.04 household members. The average mango production experience 7.07 years. The average mango production area 7.62 rai. The average annual yield of mangoes was 2,064.43 kg. The average household income from mango production per year was 15,605.37 baht. The average cost of mango production per rai was 4,576.07 baht. The average mango production of labor was 2.81. (2) The nature of the area was a hilly area. The soil condition for cultivation was sandy loam. The planting distance was 8×8 meters. Most farmers grow Nam Dok Mai Thong mangoes. Mangoes were pruned in an open shape in the middle of the bush. Indicators used in mango were harvesting the maturity of the fruit and bring the produce to the point of purchase by yourself. (3) Farmers were the highest level of knowledge mango production and using mango production technology. (4) Problems in the management of production processes in order to produce high quality products. Recommendations would be integrated across all sectors and extension of farmers to gain knowledge and understanding of agriculture that was continually beneficial and sustainable. (5) Farmers were demands for agricultural extension from personal media and electronic media in another method of agricultural extension.
