| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การปฏิบัติงานในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอโพธิ์ประทับช้าง จังหวัดพิจิตร (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องการปฏิบัติงานในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ได้แก่ ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและแรงจูงใจ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคล ความรู้ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแรงจูงใจกับการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครศาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอโพธิ์ประทับช้าง จังหวัดพิจิตร รูปแบบการวิจัย เชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในอำเภอโพธิ์ประทับช้าง จังหวัดพิจิตร ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอยย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 280 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรความดันโลหิตสูงในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 48.79 ปี จบชั้นประถมศึกษา สถานภาพสมรสคู่ มีรายได้ 5,000 บาทต่อเดือน อาชีพเกษตรกรรม ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน เฉลี่ย 8.47 ปี เป็นกรรมการกองทุนต่างๆ มีโรคประจำตัว ได้แก่ โรคความดันโลหิตสูงมากที่สุด มีความรู้ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแรงจูงใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (3) ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน (r=0.154) ความรู้ (r=0.603) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (r=0.626) และแรงจูงใจ (r=0.741) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุม โรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study: (1) prevention and control performance of hypertension among village health volunteers (VHVs); (2) factors related to prevention and control performance of hypertension among VHVs including personal characteristics, knowledge, social support, and motivation; and (3) association between personal characteristics, knowledge, social support and motivation and hypertension prevention/control performance of VHVs in Phichit’s Pho Prathap Chang District. This quantitative research was conducted in 280 randomly selected VHVs in the district. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings showed that: (1) the overall hypertension prevention and control performance was at a moderate level; (2) the related factors were VHV/respondents’ being mostly married females aged 48.79 years on average, having completed primary school, having a monthly income of 5,000 baht, being farmers, having an average working period of 8.47 years, being members of various fund committees, having chronic hypertension and having knowledge, social support and motivation at the moderate level; and (3) working duration (r = 0.154 ), knowledge (r = 0.603 ), social support (r = 0.626 ), and motivation (r =0.741 ) were significantly associated with the hypertension prevention and control performance of VHVs (p = 0.05). | en_US |
