| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางการเมืองผ่านหนังตะลุงของนายหนังประเคียง ระฆังทอง เกี่ยวกับ 1) คุณลักษณะทางการสื่อสาร 2) เนื้อหาและรูปแบบการนำเสนอ 3) ปัญหาการสื่อสาร 4) ความต้องการประเด็นเนื้อหาและรูปแบบการนำเสนอของผู้ชม และ 5) แนวทางการพัฒนาการสื่อสารผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะทางการสื่อสาร คือ รักในการสื่อสาร รักการเล่าเรื่องราวการเมือง มีการวิเคราะห์ผู้ชมหนังตะลุง เลือกสรรประเด็นเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้องผู้ชมและพื้นที่ที่ไปแสดง ใช้รูปแบบการนำเสนอที่หลากหลาย พูดจาตรงไปตรงมาจริงจัง มีความชัดเจนในน้ำเสียง ลีลา และท่าทาง โดยถ่ายทอดเนื้อหาทางการเมืองผสมผสานกับความสนุกสนาน ด้วยเจตคติที่มีความเลื่อมใสในศาสนาพุทธ ยึดมั่นในการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย เชื่อมั่นในพลังของประชาชนที่เป็นเจ้าของอธิปไตยมีความใฝ่รู้ทางการเมืองด้วยตนเอง โดยเรียนรู้จากการติดตามข่าวสารบ้านเมืองและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กับประชานในท้องถิ่น 2) ประเด็นเนื้อหาทางการเมืองมีความสอดคล้องกับปรากฏการณ์ทางการเมืองในแต่ละช่วงเวลา เน้นนโยบายการบริหารประเทศของรัฐบาลที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชน พฤติกรรมการบริหารประเทศของชนชั้นปกครอง พฤติกรรมการทำหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐในท้องถิ่น การรักษาและคุ้มครองในสิทธิของประชาชน ความยุติธรรมในสังคม ปัญหาสังคมด้านต่างๆและบทบาทหน้าที่ของประชาชนทางการเมือง ส่วนรูปแบบการนำเสนอใช้รูปแบบการตีแผ่ความจริง หยิกแกมหยอก การเล่าและวิจารณ์ข่าวสารเหตุการณ์บ้านเมือง เพื่อมุ่งสร้างความความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความประทับใจ และการจดจำเนื้อหาได้ดี 3) ปัญหาการ สื่อสารที่สำคัญคือ ผู้ชมบางส่วนยังขาดความรู้ทางการเมือง ขาดการมีประสบการณ์ร่วมทางการเมืองในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันกับนายหนังประเคียง 4) ความต้องการประเด็นเนื้อหาของผู้ชม คือ นโยบายความมั่นคงและการป้องกันประเทศ การแก้ปัญหาปากท้องของประชาชน การสร้างรายได้ การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน การแก้ปัญหาทุจริตคอรัปชันของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐและนักการเมือง การปฏิรูปการเมืองการปกครอง นโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาสังคม ปัญหาอาชญากรรม ปัญหายาเสพติด ปัญหาการดูดกลืนทางวัฒนธรรมโดยมีรูปแบบการนำเสนอที่ให้ความรู้ผสมผสานกับความสนุกสนานผ่านตัวตลก และ 5) แนวทางการพัฒนาการสื่อสาร คือ นายหนังตะลุงในฐานะผู้ส่งสารต้องมีอุดมการณ์ทางการเมือง มีความคิด ความเชื่อ มีแบบแผนเกี่ยวกับหลักการทางการเมือง และเห็นถึงคุณค่าทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย มีการวิเคราะห์ผู้ชมด้านระดับความรู้ ความคิด หรือความเชื่อ ค่านิยมทางการเมือง และวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองของผู้ชมในแต่ละท้องถิ่น เป็นผู้ใฝ่เรียนรู้ทางการเมืองและสนใจติดตามสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองและสังคมอยู่เสมอ เรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาความสามารถเลือกสรรประเด็นเนื้อหาทางการเมืองในแต่ละช่วงเวลามานำเสนอให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้ชม โดยมีการพัฒนารูปแบบการนำเสนอให้สอดคล้องกับรสนิยมของผู้ชมรุ่นใหม่ พัฒนาเทคนิคการนำเสนอการขับร้องตามบทร้อยกรอง บทเจรจาของตัวละคร มีการเพิ่มตัวละครใหม่ๆ ที่มีความหลากหลายและทันยุคสมัย และมีการใช้ดนตรีสมัยใหม่ผสมกับดนตรีดั้งเดิมของคณะหนังตะลุง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study the dissemination of political information in the shadow puppet shows of Prakieng Rakangtong’s shadow puppet troupe in the aspects of 1) characteristics of communication; 2) content and modes of presentation; 3) problems with the communication; 4) the audience’s demand for content and forms of presentation; and 5) approaches for developing communication. This was a qualitative research using the methods of in-depth interviews, group discussions and observation. The key informants were Mr. Prakieng Rakangtong himself (a political shadow puppet master who has been recognized as an Outstanding Folk Artist); 24 audiences who watched Prakieng Rakangtong’s shows called “Pandin Duad,” “Pu Pitak Santirach,” “Gongtup Tum,” “Sai Luead Tee Lai Klap Ma;” and 6 academics who have studied Thai shadow puppet shows, famous shadow puppet masters, and political communications. The key informants were chosen through purposive and snowball sampling methods. The research tools were an in-depth interview form and a group discussion form. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The research found that 1) the characteristics of communication were: shadow puppet master Prakieng Rakangtong had a love of communication and a love of telling stories about politics; he analyzed his audience and chose content that was suited to the audience and the place where the show was held; he used diverse kinds of presentation; he made the characters speak in a direct manner with sincerity, clear pronunciation, style of movement and gestures; the shows transmitted political content mixed with fun, with an attitude of respect for and faith in Buddhism and democracy; Mr. Prakieng had confidence in the sovereignty of the people; he was motivated to learn about politics on his own by following the news and exchanging views with local people. 2) The political content of the puppet shows fit with political events happening at the time. Content focused on administrative policies that affected the people’s wellbeing, the behavior of leaders in the ruling class, the behavior of local officials in carrying out their duties, protecting the rights of citizens, issues of social justice, social problems, and citizen’s political roles and responsibilities. Modes of presentation included exposing the truth; mocking and satirizing; and describing and analyzing political events in the news; all with the aim of spreading knowledge and understanding by making impressions so people could recall the content more fully. 3) The main communication problems were that some of the audience lacked political knowledge and some of them did not have experience with the same political events that occurred during the lifetime of Mr. Prakieng. 4) The audience desired content about the national security and defense policies; efforts to solve problems involving people’s ability to make a living; income generating strategies; public participation; solving the problem of corruption among politicians and public officials; political reform; and policies to solve social problems, crime, drug problems, and cultural assimilation. They desired informative content mixed with fun and comical characters. 5) Approaches for developing communications include: the puppet master, as message sender, should be politically idealistic, with ideas, beliefs, and customs about political principles; and he should appreciate the value of democracy. He should analyze the extent of the audience’s knowledge as well as the ideas, beliefs, political values and political cultures of the audience in every locality. The puppet master should try to learn about politics and follow all political and social events all the time. He should develop his skills and select political issues to create shows that are appropriate for the times and beneficial for the audience. Presentation methods should be updated to match the tastes of new generation viewers. The poetry and dialogue singing techniques should be developed and modern new characters should be introduced for greater diversity.
