| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลกระทบจากการทำนาเกลือสินเธาว์ 2) ประเมินความเต็มใจยอมรับความเสียหายจากการทำนาเกลือสินเธาว์ และ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยกำหนดความเต็มใจยอมรับการชดเชยความเสียหายจากการทำนาเกลือสินเธาว์ในอำเภอบ้านม่วง จังหวัดสกลนคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลกระทบ คือ เกิดหลุมยุบมากกว่า 10 หลุมในบริเวณพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงกับที่อยู่อาศัย มีการปนเปื้อนของน้ำเค็มลงสู่แหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ และมีการขยายพื้นที่ทำนาเกลือที่มากเกินไปโดยปัญหาทั้งหมดเนื่องมาจากผู้ประกอบการไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการอำนาจหน้าที่ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถื่นไม่ชัดเจนในการกำกับดูแล และเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีไม่เพียงพอ 2) มูลค่าความเสียหายที่ประชาชนได้รับในพื้นที่การทำนาเกลือเท่ากับ 121,850,859.79 บาท และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อมูลค่าความเต็มใจยอมรับความเสียหายจากการทำนาเกลือ คือจำนวนปีที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ ระยะห่างระหว่างสถานที่ทำนาเกลือกับที่ตั้งครัวเรือน และระดับความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับปัญหาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมซึ่งสามารถพยากรณ์มูลค่าความเต็มใจยอมรับความเสียหายจากการทำนาเกลือได้ร้อยละ 54.80 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research are (1) to study the effect of rock salt farming; (2) to estimate the willingness to accept the damages on rock salt farming and (3)to study the factors formulating the willingness to accept the compensation caused by salt rock farming in Ban Muang district, Sakon Nakhon province. The research samples were the populations who lived in Ban Muang district. The data obtained by quota selection, collected by mean of using a copy of questionnaire, and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and multiple regression analysis were used for damage evaluation . The research results were found that 1) the impacts; there were more than 10 sinkholes had occurred in the surrounding residences; the natural water source contamination ; and the over expansion of rock salt farming areas because of being not practicing as the regulations that local authority officers assigned, the unclearness of controlling, and the insufficiency of the officials. 2) The loss value that the local people affected on rock salt farming were 121,850,859.79 baths. 3) The factors affecting the willingness to accept the compensation on rock salt farming were; the periods of living in the area; the distances between the salt farms and the residences; and the awareness level of natural and environmental problems that could predict the willingness to accept the damage caused by rock salt farming were up to 54.80 percent | en_US |
