| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลป้าติ้ว จังหวัดยโสธร 2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการรับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลระหว่างกลุ่มที่เป็นคณะกรรมการประสานงานคุณภาพและ ไม่เป็นคณะกรรมการประสานงานคุณภาพ โรงพยาบาล3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการรับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ โรงพยาบาล ของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลป่าติ้ว จังหวัดยโสธร จำแนกตามกลุ่มงานบริการกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลป่าดิ้ว จังหวัดยโสธรจำนวน 100 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ โรงพยาบาลทดสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่สองได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.84 วิเคราะ ห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบที และสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การรับรู้การนำองค์การตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ โรงพยาบาล ของบุคลากร โรงพยาบาลป้าติ้ว จังหวัดขโสธร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) บุคลากรที่เป็นคณะกรรมการและไม่เป็นคณะกรรมการประสานงานคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลรับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลไม่แตกต่งกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มงานบริการแตกต่างกัน รับรู้การนำองค์กรตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ โรงพยาบาลไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this descriptive research were: 1) to study the levels of leading hospital quality standards as perceived by personnel at Patiu Hospital, Yasothon province, 2) to compare the levels of leading hospital quality standards between coordinating and non-coordinating committee of hospital quality, and 3 ) to compare the levels of leading hospital quality standards between groups of service in Patiu Hospital, Yasothon Province. The sample comprised 100 personnel who worked in Patiu Hospital, Yasothon province, and they were selected by the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire which consisted of personal data and perception of leading hospital quality standards. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the second part was 0.84. Research data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, and one –way ANOVA. The results of this study showed as follows. 1) Personnel at Patiu Hospital, Yasothon province rated their perceptions of leading hospital quality standards at the high level. 2) There was no significant difference of leading hospital quality standards between coordinating and non-coordinating committee of hospital quality (p >.05). 3 ) There was no significant difference of leading hospital quality standards among various group of services in Patiu Hospital, Yasothon Province (p >.05). | en_US |
