dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 และ(2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 285 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .88 และ .89 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาจรณทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านที่มีลำดับสูงสุด คือด้านจริยธรรมในการทำงาน รองลงมา คือ ด้านทัศนคติเชิงบวก ด้านการคิดแก้ปัญหาและคิดวิเคราะห์ ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการปรับตัว และด้านการบริหารจัดการเวลา	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study 1) the current condition and the desirable condition of soft skills of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 2) the needs for developing soft skills of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.The research sample consisted of 285 teachers in schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by random sampling as classified by school size. The sample size was determined with the use of Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire concerning the current condition and desirable condition of the school administrator, with reliability coefficients of .88 and .89 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified.The research findings revealed that 1) the overall current condition of soft skills of the school administrators was rated at the moderate level; while the overall desirable condition of soft skills of the school administrators was rated at the highest level; and 2) regarding the needs for developing soft skills of the school administrators, the specific need that received the top rating was that of the ethics in work performance, followed by that of the positive attitude, that of the problem solving thinking and analytical thinking, that of the communications, that of the leadership, that of the working as a team, that of the self-adjustment, and finally that of the time management.	en_US
