dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 285 คน ได้จากการเปิดตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ การสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม การใช้นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกัน โดยสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกับขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่าแตกต่างกัน โดยประสบการณ์การทำงานต่ำกว่า 5 ปี แตกต่างกับประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5-15 ปี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิดให้สอดคล้องกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางวิชาการต่าง ๆ ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาใช้วัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were 1) to study innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators; 2) to compare the innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators, as classified by school size, and work experience; and 3) to study guidelines for innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 285 teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by tables of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire on innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators with a reliability of .97 and an interview form on guidelines for innovative leadership development of school administrators. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one - way ANOVA, pairwise comparison using Scheffe's method, and content analysis.The research findings revealed that 1) the overall and aspect of innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators was rated at the high level; and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means from the highest to the lowest as follows: creating an innovative organizational atmosphere, using innovation, information and communication technology, being creative, having a vision for change, and risk management; 2) regarding the comparison of the innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators, as classified by school size, it was found that the overall of innovative development leadership in the 21st century of school administrators was significantly different at the .05 level, and work experience of less than 5 years is different from the work experience of 5-15 years with statistical significance at the .05 level; and 3) guidelines for innovative leadership development in the 21st century of school administrators, it was found that school administrators should change their ideas to be in line with society change, should have a positive attitude and participate in various academic activities, should promote and support innovation, and should create motivation for teachers and personnel in schools to use innovation information and communication technology in learning management for student development.	en_US
