dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this study were to study (1) personal factors of Customs Officers Under the Regional Customs Office IV; (2) level of factors within the organization that affect the performance Efficiency of Customs Officers Under the Regional Customs Office IV, and (3) factors affecting performance efficiency of Customs Officers Under the Regional Customs Office IV. The population of this quantitative research was 395. The sample size was 198 samples determined by Yamane formula. Research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression.The findings indicated that (1) personal factors regarding different average monthly incomes affect the Performance Efficiency of Customs Officers Under the Regional Customs Office IV with a statistical significance at 0.05 level; (2) the overview and all aspects of factors within the organization that affect work efficiency were at the highest level. Considering in each aspect, the highest average value was shared value, followed by structure and the lowest was strategy; and (3) the factors within the organization in terms of structure, style, staff, and skill has positively correlated with Performance Efficiency of Customs Officers Under the Regional Customs Office IV at 77.70 percent with a statistical significance at 0.05 level. | en |
