Using Online Media for Political Participation by Chaiyaphum People Party

Abstract

The objectives of the study are 1. to study the political participation of the Chaiyaphum People's Party through online media and 2. to study the influence of online media on political development. It is qualitative research, by means of in-depth interviews from 10 members of the Chaiyaphum People's Party and 10 people who follow the Chaiyaphum People's Party Facebook page, The results of the data obtained from the descriptive analysis, by analyzing and synthesizing with content analysis techniques.The study found that; 1. Political participation of the Chaiyaphum People's Party through online media. It was found that online media that stimulates political behavior has an influence on people's ideas. In addition, the behavioral characteristics of the people who receive news from online media tend to partictpate in political wave news. To express the meaning of the city through political participation by joining political rallies or being protestors puts pressure on the holders of state power at that time. Protest onlimited to expressing disapproval of policies or laws, Call for those holding power to show responsibility. It is an expression of disapproval for the reason of the loss of legitimacy. 2.Influence of online media on political development. The reseach shows that public opinion were expresses through online media. It is one of the factors affecting political development towards democracy. In this regard, the group of people who play a role has an influence in presenting news to the masses.

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของกลุ่มคณะราษฎรชัยภูมิผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ และ 2.เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของสื่อออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมืองงานวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากกลุ่มคณะราษฎรชัยภูมิ จำนวน 10 คน และกลุ่มประชาชนผู้ติดตามเพจเฟสบุคของคณะราษฎรชัยภูมิ จำนวน 10 คน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาความ โดยการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ ด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของกลุ่มคณะราษฎรชัยภูมิผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ พบว่า สื่อออนไลน์ที่มีการนำเสนอข่าวสารเพื่อกระตุ้นหรือปลุกเร้าพฤติกรรมกรรมทางการเมือง มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดต่อประชาชน นอกจากนั้นลักษณะเชิงพฤติกรรมของประชาชน อันเป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการรับข่าวสารจากสื่อออนไลน์ โดยประชาชนมีแนวโน้มต่อการเคลื่อนไหวทางการเมือง เพื่อแสดงออกถึงความเป็นพลเมืองผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองโดยการร่วมชุมนุมทางการเมืองหรือเป็นผู้ประท้วงเรียกร้อง และก่อให้เกิดแรงกดดันต่อตัวผู้มีอำนาจรัฐขณะนั้นโดยตรง และการประท้วงซึ่งมิได้จำกัดเพียงแค่การแสดงออกถึงการไม่ยอมรับทางนโยบายหรือกฎหมายเท่านั้นแต่ยังอ้างอิงไปถึงผู้มีอำนาจว่าต้องแสดงความรับผิดชอบ เป็นการแสดงออกซึ่งการไม่ยอมรับ ด้วยเหตุผลการขาดความชอบธรรมนั่นเอง 2.อิทธิพลของสื่อออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมือง เป็นการแสดงความคิดเห็นของประชาชนผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ เป็นปัจจัยอย่างหนึ่งที่มีต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมืองสู่ความเป็นประชาธิปไตย ทั้งนี้กลุ่มคณะราษฎรที่มีบทบาทจึงมีพันธกิจสำคัญในการนำเสนอข่าวสาร ข้อมูลให้กับมวลชนอย่างตรงไปตรงมา
