| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริมของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพ (2) การดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพในระดับครอบครัวในตำบลบ้านเอื้อมอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรในกลุ่มลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริมกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพ ในตำบลบ้านเอื้อม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพในตำบลบ้านเอื้อม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปางจากการประเมินการประกอบกิจวัตรประจำวัน จานวน 74 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ใช้แบบ สอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยใช้ ครอนบาคอัลฟาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพลภาพส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 53.72 มีผู้ดูแลเป็นผู้สูงอายุร้อยละ 21.60 มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษามากที่สุด สถานภาพสมรส คู่ ประกอบอาชีพ เกษตรกร นับถือศาสนาพุทธ รายได้ครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน อยู่ในระดับน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 3,000 บาท ส่วนความเพียงพอของรายได้ครอบครัว พอใช้แต่ไม่เหลือเก็บ ความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุ เป็นบุตร ระยะเวลาในการดูแล อยู่ในช่วง 1 – 5 ปี (2) การดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพในตำบลบ้านเอื้อม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ได้แก่ การดูแลทางด้านร่างกาย อยู่ในระดับมาก ทางด้านจิตสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และทางด้านเศรษฐกิจอยู่ในระดับมาก และ(3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ กับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ ความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุ ทัศนคติและความเชื่อ การมีและเข้าถึงสถานบริการสาธารณสุข และการได้รับสนับสนุนจากผู้นำชุมชน อสม. และเพื่อนบ้าน ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทุพพลภาพ ควรพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ดูแล ด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ ทักษะในการดูแล เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุได้รับการดูแลและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This survey research aimed: (1) to identify personal characteristics, predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors for caregivers of elderly persons with disabilities; (2) to explore the care for the elderly with disabilities; and (3) to determine the relationship between the aforementioned factors and care for the elderly with disabilities, all in Ban Ueam Subdistrict, Mueang District, Lampang Province The study was undertaken in 74 elderly caregivers purposively selected, based on their ability to perform daily activities, in the subdistrict. Based on reviews of relevant literature and research papers, a questionnaire was constructed and then checked for accuracy using Cronbach's coefficient. Data were collected and analyzed to determine standard deviation and perform chi-square test. The results revealed that: (1) of all elderly caregivers, most of them were female, 53.72 years old on average, married, Buddhist, and farmers, completed primary school, had a family income of 3,000 baht or less per month (which was adequate but no savings); 21.6% were elderly persons; some were sons/daughters of the disabled elderly persons; had been providing such care for 1–5 years; (2) the levels of elderly care or support were high for physical care, moderate for psycho-social care and high for economic support; and (3) the factors significantly related to the care for disabled elderly persons, p = 0.05, were relationships, attitudes, beliefs, health-care availability and access, and support from community leaders, village health volunteers and neighbors. It is thus recommended that, in this regard, efforts should be made to enhance elderly caregivers’ capabilities, knowledge, attitudes, and skills so that disabled elderly persons will have better care and quality of life | en_US |
