dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหาร การพยาบาลตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย ศูนย์การแพทย์สมเด็จพระเทพ รัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการ พยาบาลตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะ การตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 16 คน และพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เป็นผู้ใต้บังคับ บัญชาของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ไดัแก่ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการ ตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย ประกอบดัวย แผนการสอนการฝึกอบรมทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาล สถานการณ์ ตัวอย่าง คู่มือการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจ และแบบบันทึกการฝึกการตัดสินใจ (2) แบบประเมิน ประสิทธิภาพของตนเองในการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย (3) แบบ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพในการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยสำหรับพยาบาล วิชาชีพผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ไดัค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.96 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลไดัแก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลตามหลัก ปรัชญาเศรบฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยมีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสำหรับเป็นเครื่องฝึกในการ ฝึกทักษะ การตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย (2) ประสิทธิภาพการตัดสินใจ ทางการบริหารการพยาบาล ของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยหลังใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทักบะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหาร การพยาบาล สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาล อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were: (1) to develop a training package for decision making skills on nursing administration according to sufficiency economy philosophy for nursing unit managers at Her Royal Highness Maha Chakri Sirindhom Medical Center and (2) to compare the effectiveness of decision making on nursing administration before and after applying the training package for decision making skills on nursing administration according to sufficiency economy philosophy. The sample of this study consisted of 2 groups: (1) sixteen nursing unit managers and (2) thirty staff nurses who were nursing unit managers’ assistants. Three research instruments were used: (1) the training package for decision making skills on nursing administration according to sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of a lesson plan for training decision making skills on nursing administration, selected simulatitions, a manual for applying decision making skills, and report form of decision making exercise, (2) a self-assessment form for evaluating the effectiveness on decision making of nursing unit managers, and (3) an other assessment form for evaluating the effectiveness on decision making of nursing unit managers. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients of both self and other evaluation forms were 0.96 and 0.97 respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and pair t-test. Major findings were as follows. 1. The training package for decision making skills on nursing administration according to sufficiency economy philosophy was suitable for training. 2. The effectiveness of decision making skills after implementation was significantly higher than before performing the experiment (p<0.05)en_US
