| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของคณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน (2) สภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของนักท่องเที่ยว (3) การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนตามแนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวสีเขียว (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนตามแนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวสีเขียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) คณะกรรมการชุมชนประมาณสองในสามเป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 41.58 ปี ทั้งหมดมีสถานภาพสมรส ส่วนใหญ่จบมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ประมาณหนึ่งในสามประกอบอาชีพทาการเกษตร และรับจ้างทั่วไป มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 11,041.67 บาท และมีประสบการณ์การทางานกับชุมชนเฉลี่ย7.58 ปี (2)สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของนักท่องเที่ยว พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวประมาณสองในสามเป็นเพศหญิง ประมาณหนึ่งในสามมีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี มีอายุเฉลี่ย 34.40 ปี เกินครึ่งหนึ่งมีสถานภาพโสด และจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เกือบครึ่งหนึ่งมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประมาณหนึ่งในสามมีอาชีพรับราชการ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน16,924.78 บาท เกือบครึ่งหนึ่งเดินทางมาเพื่อท่องเที่ยวพักผ่อน และเกินครึ่งรับรู้ข่าวสารการท่องเที่ยวจากอินเทอร์เน็ต (3) การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวตามแนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวสีเขียวของชุมชน พบว่า ในภาพรวม มีการจัดการตามแนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวสีเขียวในระดับสูง คือ มีด้านที่เป็นไปตามแนวคิดการท่องเที่ยวสีเขียว 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ด้านหัวใจสีเขียว ด้านแหล่งท่องเที่ยวสีเขียว ด้านชุมชนสีเขียว ด้านกิจกรรมสีเขียว ด้านการบริการสีเขียว และด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนด้านที่ไม่เป็นไปตามแนวคิดดังกล่าว คือด้านรูปแบบการเดินทางสีเขียว โดยมีความสอดคล้องกันทั้งคณะกรรมการและนักท่องเที่ยว (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ คณะกรรมการ และนักท่องเที่ยว เห็นว่า ด้านรูปแบบการเดินทางสีเขียว ชุมชนไม่ได้มีการดำเนินการในเรื่องการแนะนำให้นักท่องเที่ยวเลือกใช้ยานพาหนะที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมและประหยัดพลังงาน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study (1) socio-economic circumstance of community committee relating to community tourism management (2) socio-economic circumstance of tourists (3) community tourism management adhering to green tourism (4) problems and suggestions relating to community tourism management adhering to green tourism. Population in this research composed of 12 community committee members who were involved with green tourism, 157 tourists who stayed overnight by accidental random sampling and a staff involved with tourism promotion. Interview form was instrument for data collection. Data was analyzed by computer program using the following statistics i.e. frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum value, maximum value and descriptive statistic. Research results were the following findings. (1) Approximately two-thirds of the community committee members were male with the average age at 41.58 years. All of them were married and completed high school level. Approximately one-third made their livings in agricultural sector and also worked as hired labor. Their average income was 11,041.67 baht/month. Their average experience in working with community was 7.58 years. (2) From socio-economic of tourists, it was found approximately two-thirds were female. Two-thirds of them aged between 21-30 years. Their average age was 34.40 years. More than half of them were single and graduated in bachelor degree level. Almost half of them had their domicile in the northeast region. Approximately one-third was government official. Their average income was 16,924.78 baht/month. Almost half of them traveled for leisure and over half of them received tourist information from the internet. (3) From community tourism management adhering to green tourism, it was found overall tourism management adhering to green tourism was at high level. In details, it was found 6 following aspects of tourism management adhering to green tourism i.e. green heart, green tourist attraction, green community, green activity, green service and responsibility for society and environment, while the aspect of non-green tourism was green travelling pattern which appeared to be the same, both committee and tourists. (4) Problem and suggestion; in terms of green travelling pattern, the committee and tourists commented community did not give advice to tourists to choose environmental-friendly and energy saving vehicle. | en_US |
