| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของนักส่งเสริมการเกษตรระดับตำบล (2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศของนักส่งเสริมการเกษตรระดับตาบล (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศของนักส่งเสริมการเกษตรระดับตำบล และ (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศในงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 47.29 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีตำแหน่งงานเป็นเจ้าพนักงานการเกษตรชำนาญงาน อายุงานเฉลี่ย 23.48 ปี เงินเดือนเฉลี่ย 28,631.07 บาท ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ในเรื่องเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศน้อย การใช้งานข้อมูลภูมิสารสนเทศปานกลาง ตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ 7 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย ระดับการศึกษา ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยี ความรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ อายุ ตำแหน่งงาน อายุงาน และการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ และ (4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีปัญหาในการใช้เทคโนโลยีมาก ข้อเสนอแนะส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้มีการฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study (1) fundamental information of agricultural extension worker in sub-district level, (2) application of geo-informatics technology of agricultural extension worker in Sub-District level, (3) factors relating to application of geo-informatics technology of agricultural extension worker in Sub-District level, and (4) problems and suggestions for application of geo-informatics technology in agricultural extension mission. The studied population in this research comprised agricultural extension workers attached to the Office of Agricultural Extension by identifying from 289 sub-districts. With Taro Yamane formula, samples from 168 sub-districts were selected. Instrument was questionnaire. Obtained data were analyzed by computer programs. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, maximum value, minimum value and standard deviation including multiple regression analysis for data analysis. Research findings were as follows. (1) The average age of samples was 47.29 years, completed bachelor degree level. Their position was expert agricultural extension worker with the average work experience at 23.48 years. Their average salary was 28,631.07 baht. Their ability in technology application was found at medium level. Their training on geo-informatics technology was at medium level. (3) Apparently, the sample groups’ application of geo-informatics technology was at low level, while application of geo-informatics was at medium level. Factors relating to application of geo-informatics technology composed of education level, ability in technology application, knowledge on geo-informatics technology, age, work position, length of service and training on geo-informatics technology. (4) The sample groups encountered problems in application of geo-informatics technology at high level. Most of them, therefore suggested training on application of geo-informatics technology be organized. | en_US |
