dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบการใช้จ่าย “เช็คช่วยชาติ 2,000 บาท” ของจังหวัดขอนแก่น ต่อการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดขอนแก่น ตาม แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการทางานของค่าตัวทวีเงินโอน และ 2) ศึกษาหาค่าความโน้มเอียงหน่วย สุดท้ายในการบริโภค ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง “เช็คช่วยชาติ 2,000 บาท” ของจังหวัดขอนแก่น การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้ทำงานในองค์กรปกครอง ส่วนท้องถิ่นและสถานประกอบการของเอกชนในจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยเก็บตัวอย่างแบบ เฉพาะเจาะจง รวม 20 แห่ง จำนวน 230 คน และประมาณค่าโดยใช้สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) รัฐบาลได้ดำเนินการเบิกจ่ายเงินและโอนงบประมาณ จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 227.482 ล้านบาท โดยมีค่าตัวทวีเงินโอนเท่ากับ 6.6219 ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อการ เปลี่ยนแปลงรายได้ประชาติ เพิ่มขึ้น เท่ากับ 1,506.374 ล้านบาท 2) ค่าความโน้มเอียงหน่วยสุดท้าย ในการบริโภคเท่ากับ 0.8686th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study were to 1) analyze the impacts of economic growth in Khon Kaen province following the process of multiplier effect stimulating by government transfer payments and 2) study the marginal propensity to consume of the sample group of “2,000 bath-save-the-nation check” in Khon Kaen Province The sample data were collected from persons working in local administrative organization and 20 private establishments by purposive sampling with 230 persons. The simple linear regression technique was employed. The results of the study were shown that: 1) the government allocated and transferred payments amounting 227.482 million baht with the transfer payments multiplier equivalent to 6.6219 which resulted in an increase in additional national income of 1,506.374 million baht 2) The marginal propensity to consume was estimated at 0.8686.en_US
