dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการออม และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มี อิทธิพลต่อการออมของข้าราชการด้านสาธารณสุข กลุ่มบุคคลที่มีรายได้ประจำ สังกัดโรงพยาบาล ชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น การศึกษาใช้ตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นข้าราชการด้านสาธารณสุข โรงพยาบาลชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 118 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือวิจัย การวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการออมใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ การออมใช้วิธีการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ข้าราชการด้านสาธารณสุข โรงพยาบาลชุมแพ ส่วนใหญ่มี การออมเงินโดยการเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ ร้อยละ 97.50 รองลงมาคือ การออมเงินโดยการซื้อหุ้นสหกรณ์ ร้อยละ 73.70 และออมโดยฝากเงินกับสถาบันการเงิน และซื้อ สินทรัพย์ (บ้านและรถยนต์) ร้อยละ 71.20 เท่ากัน ตามลำดับ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการออมของข้าราชการ ได้แก่ รายได้ประจำและพิเศษรวมต่อเดือน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 อายุราชการที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แห่งการกำหนดเท่ากับ 0.28 โดยการออมมีความสัมพันธ์ทิศทางเดียวกับรายได้ประจำ และพิเศษรวมต่อเดือน ส่วนกับอายุราชการมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis study aimed to investigate: 1) the saving behavior; and 2) factors influencing savings of public health government officials at Chum Phae hospital, Chum Phae district, Khon Kaen province. The samples used in the study consisted of 118 public health government officials who earned regular income at Chum Phae hospital, Chum Phae district, Khon Kaen province, through purposive sampling method and questionnaire instrument. Concerning data analysis, descriptive analysis was applied to explore the saving behavior, and quantitative analysis via a multiple regression method was employed to examine the factors affecting the savings. The results of the study were as follows. 1) Majority of the government officials at Chum Phae hospital saved money through applying as a members of The Government Pension Fund (97.50 %), purchasing share of Saving Co-operative (73.70 %), and depositing at financial institutions (71.20) and bought assets, i.e. house and car (71.20) respectively. 2) Factors determining savings included monthly total regular and extra incomes, at the significant level at .01, and working age, at the significant level at .05, with a determinant coefficient at 0.28. Savings showed positively relationship with the total regular and extra incomes, but had negatively direction with working ageen_US
