| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพร้อมด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชลประทานต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน (2) สร้างโปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน และ (3) ศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ความพร้อมของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชลประทาน ต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นจำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) ความรู้ของพยาบาลต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน (3) ทักษะของพยาบาล และ (4) เจตคติของพยาบาล เครื่องมือส่วนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.90, 0.91 และ 0.86 ตามลำดับ การตรวจสอบความเที่ยง แบบสอบถามด้านความรู้ใช้วิธีคูเดอร์ ริชาร์ดสัน ได้ค่าความเที่ยง 0.78 แบบสอบถามด้านทักษะและเจตคติใช้สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ได้ค่าความเที่ยงที่ 0.80 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 สร้างโปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อม ผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้สร้างโปรแกรมโดยนำข้อมูลจากผลการวิเคราะห์ความพร้อมในระยะที่ 1 มาประกอบกับแนวคิดของทฤษฏีเกี่ยวกับความรู้ ทัศนคติและพฤติกรรม และการเรียนรู้แบบผู้ใหญ่ และ ระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพอาสาสมัคร ที่ได้จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในระยะที่ 1 จำนวน 33 คน และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความพร้อมด้านความรู้ เจตคติและทักษะของพยาบาลต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมโดยการทดสอบ paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชลประทานมีความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน โดยมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.2 เจตคติในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนโดยรวมเป็นไปในทางบวก และทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับน้อย (2) โปรแกรม เตรียมความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน ประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมให้ด้านความรู้ ทักษะและเสริมเจคติในทางบวก และ 2) คู่มือประกอบการฝึกอบรม และ (3) ผลการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เข้าอบรมมีความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะภาษาอังกฤษด้านการสื่อสาร สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และยังมีความพึงพอใจคู่มือประกอบการอบรมอยู่ในระดับมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม หากจะมีการนำโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้ ควรประเมินความรู้ เจตคติและทักษะต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของผู้เข้าอบรมก่อน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความพร้อมของกลุ่มผู้เข้าอบรม | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research and development were: (1) to investigate the readiness on knowledge, attitude, and skills in ASEAN community of nurses in Chonprathan Hospital, (2) to develop a preparation program for the readiness in ASEAN community, and (3) to examine the results of program implementation for the readiness in ASEAN community. This research divided into three phases. Phase 1 was to investigate the readiness of nurses in ASEAN community. The sample comprised 155 nurses. They were selected by the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Questionnaires were developed by the researcher and used as the research tool and comprised 4 parts as follows: 1) demographic data, 2) knowledge of nurses for being one of ASEAN Community, 3) skills of nurses, and 4) attitude of nurses. The second, the third, and the fourth parts of the questionnaire were verified by 5 experts, and Content Validity Index was 0.9, 0.91, and 0.86 respectively. The Kuder-Richarson (KR – 20) for assessing the reliability of the knowledge test was 0.78, and the Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the skills and the attitude parts were 0.80 and 0.89 respectively. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 2, to develop a preparation program for readiness in ASEAN Community, the researcher used the results of phase 1 and theories relates to knowledge, attitude and practice, and adult learning. Phase 3, to examine the results of program implementation, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated. Thirty three subjects from Phase I took two tests (pre- and post-tests). These subjects were randomized and volunteers from phase 1. Data analysis was done by comparing mean scores before and after participating in the program by using paired t- test. Research findings were as follows. (1) Nurses of Chonprathan Hospital rated their ASEAN community knowledge at moderate level (74.2 %), attitude in ASEAN community at the higher level and positive, and English skills in ASEAN community at the low level. (2 ) The preparation program for readiness in ASEAN community consisted of training on knowledge, attitude and skills, as well as a training handbook. (3) After program implementation, scores of knowledge, attitude, and skills in English communication were statistically significantly higher than before (p < 0.05). They were also satisfied on the training handbook at the high level.
