| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้ของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัล 3) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรต่อการส่งเสริมการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัล 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัล ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร ปี 2562 ในพื้นที่อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 23,112 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้จำนวน 205 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายโดยการจับสลากรายชื่อเกษตรกร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่าสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกร ร้อยละ 60.5 เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 51.71 ปี ร้อยละ 49.3 จบการศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 96.1 ทำการเกษตรเป็นอาชีพหลัก และร้อยละ 68.3 รับจ้างทั่วไปเป็นอาชีพรองมีพื้นที่ถือครองในการทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 14.74 ไร่ มีการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรมาแล้วเฉลี่ย 6.14 ปี โดยร้อยละ 96.1 มีการเข้าร่วมโครงการของรัฐบาล และเข้าร่วมรับฟังประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนและปรับปรุงทะเบียนเกษตรกรเฉลี่ย 4.17 ครั้ง เกษตรกรร้อยละ 83.4 มีสมาร์ทโฟนและอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นของตนเอง และรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารในการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนและปรับปรุงข้อมูลทะเบียนเกษตรกรจากเกษตรตำบล และผู้นำท้องถิ่น ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) เกษตรกร ร้อยละ 69.8 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลในระดับมากที่สุด โดยประเด็นที่เกษตรกรยังไม่รู้มากที่สุดคือ ครัวเรือนเกษตรกร 1 ครัวเรือนจะมีตัวแทนมาขอปรับปรุงทะเบียนได้เพียง 1 คน 3) เกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับการส่งเสริมการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรของตนเองในระบบสมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเห็นด้วยกับประเด็นด้านหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไข และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลในระดับมากที่สุด 4) เกษตรกรพบปัญหาในการส่งเสริมใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรของตนเองในระบบสมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด โดยเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะต่อการส่งเสริมการใช้สมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรของตนเองในระบบสมุดทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุดในด้านหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไข ว่าควรกำหนดให้แจ้ง/ปรับปรุงทะเบียนเกษตรกรดิจิทัลได้ตลอดทั้งปี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers 2) farmers’ knowledge of Farmbook Application 3) farmers’ opinion of extension for the use of Farmbook Application and 4) farmers’ problems and suggestions about extension for the use of Farmbook Application. The population in this study was 23,112 farmers who were registered year 2019 in Wapi Pathum District, Maha Sarakham Province. The sample size of 205 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with an error value of 0.07 and selected by simple random sampling method by using farmers name lottery. The data were collected by sutural interview questionnaire and was analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the study showed that 1) 60.5% of the farmers were female with the average age of 51.71 years. 49.3% of farmers were educated at primary level. 96.1% of farmers had primary occupation in agriculture and 68.3% had secondary occupation in general employment. Their average agricultural area was 14.74 rai. The registered experience of farmer was averagely 6.14 years and 96.1% of them used to participate in a government project. They attended the meeting to clarify about farmer registration on average 4.17 times. 83.4% of farmers had their own smartphones and internet access. Most of them receive information on the farmer registration from Agriculturalists and local leaders. 2) 69.8% of farmers had knowledge about the extension for the use of Farmbook Application at the highest level, while the most mistaken issues for farmers are one farmer household can have only 1 representative to request for registration. 3) Overall, farmers were agreed with an extension for the use of Farmbook Application at the highest level. By agreeing to the issue of terms and conditions and the benefits derived from using Farmbook Application at the highest level. 4) Overall, farmers faced with the problems in an extension for the use of Farmbook Application at the least level. Overall, farmers agreed with the suggestion regarding an extension for the use of Farmbook Application at the highest level. With the most agreement in terms and conditions that the farmer registration with Farmbook Application should be notified / updated throughout the year | en_US |
