dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความต้องการของอาจารย์ต่อความร่วมมือจากบรรณารักษ์ ความคิดเห็นของบรรณารักษ์ต่อความต้องการความร่วมมือของอาจารย์ (2) ความต้องการของบรรณารักษ์ต่อความร่วมมึอจากอาจารย์ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ต่อความต้องการความร่วมมือของบรรณารักษ์ และ (3) รูปแบบทึ่เหมาะสมของความร่วมมือระหว่างอาจารย์กับบรรณารักษ์ในการบริการห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยคิลปากร วิทยาเขตพระราชวังสนามจันทร์กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ 1) อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตพระราชวังสนามจันทร์ จำนวน 192 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบจัดชั้น 2) บรรณารักษ์หอสมุดพระราชวังสนามจันทร์ สำนักหอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยคิลปากร จำนวน 13 คน 3) ผู้บริหารระดับรองอธิการบดี วิทยาเขตพระราชวังสนามจันทร์ จำนวน 1 คน และคณบดี 5 คณะวิชา จำนวน 5 คน รวม 6 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) อาจารย์และบรรณารักษ์ต้องการความร่วมมือโดยรวมระดับมาก (2) บรรณารักษ์ให้ความร่วมมือได้นัอยกว่าความต้องการของอาจารย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระตับ .05 อาจารย์ให้ความร่วมมือได้น้อยกว่าความต้องการของบรรณารักษ์โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมของความร่วมมือระหว่างอาจารย์กับบรรณารักษ์คือ มีการบริหารจัดการระดับกลยุทธ์ ระดับการจัดการ และระดับปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงกำหนดนโยบายให้มีความร่วมมือระหว่างอาจารย์กับบรรณารักษ์ คณะกรรมการสำนักหอสมุดกลางส่งเสริมและติดตามนโยบายความร่วมมือ ผู้บริหารสำนักหอสมุดกลางกำหนดให้มีบรรณารักษ์ประสานงาน คณบดีส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ห้องสมุด อาจารย์ใช้วิธีการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการศึกษาค้นคว้าและใช้บริการห้องสมุด และบรรณารักษ์พัฒนาบทบาทและความรู้ความสามารถด้านการวิจัย ภาษาต่างประเทศ และการใช้เทคโนโลยึสารสนเทศth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research were to study: (1) instructors’ desire for collaboration from librarians and librarians’ desire for collaboration from instructors; (2) librarians’ opinions on instructors’ desire for collaboration and instructors’ opinions on librarians’ desire for collaboration; and (3) an appropriate model for collaboration between instructors and librarians in managing the library at the Sanam Chandra Palace Campus of Silpakom University. The samples consisted of 192 instructors teaching at Silpakom University, Sanam Chandra Palace Campus, chosen through stratified sampling; 13 librarians working at the Sanam Chandra Palace Library? under the Central Library Office, Silpakom University; and 6 administrators of Silpakom University, consisting of 1 vicedean and 5 deans chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test. The results showed that (1) Overall, both instructors and librarians desireda high level of collaboration. (2) The collaboration given by librarians was less than that desired by instructors to a statistically significant degree (.05). The collaboration given by instructors was less than that desired by librarians to a statistically significant degree (.05). (3) An appropriate model for collaboration between instructors and librarians consists of strategic level, managerial level and practical level management. High-level administrators set a policy for collaboration between instructors and librarians, the Central Library's Committee supports and follows up on the collaboration, the Central Library’s director appoints liason librarians, deans of each faculties encourage instructors use library for their instruction and study, instructors employ the teaching methods to encourage the students to use library services for their study and research, and librarians improve their roles and knowledge and abilities in item of research, foreign language and information technologyen_US
