dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 11จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครู 254 คนจากสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.96 โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน การคัดกรองนักเรียน และการส่งต่อนักเรียน (2) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาพบว่าในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were (1) the operation of student help-care system of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11; and (2) to compare the operation of student help-care system of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11 as classified by schools size. The research sample consisted of 254 teachers from the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with .96 reliability coefficient. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance. The research results showed that (1) the overall and by-aspect student help-care system of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11 were rated at the high level; student help-care system in specific aspects could be ranked as follows: preventing and solving, know each individual student, promotion of students, transferring and screening students ; and (2) no significant difference was found regarding with schools size.en_US
