| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารงานวิจัยของสำนักงานประสานการวิจัยและพัฒนาการทางทหาร กองทัพบก (สวพ.ทบ.) ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมข้อมูล 4 ส่วนใหญ่ ๆ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลสมาชิก ข้อมูล โครงการวิจัย ข้อมูลบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัย และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่น่าสนใจการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์กระบวนการบริหารงานวิจัยของกองทัพบก เพื่อนำมาสร้างต้นแบบระบบสารสนเทศ หลังจากนั้นได้จัดประชุมผู้ใช้ภายใน สวพ.ทบ. จำนวน 20 คน ด้วยวิธีสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มแบบโฟกัส เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับต้นแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น รวมทั้งความคิดเห็นอื่น ๆ เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงต้นแบบต่อไป โดยใช้โปรแกรม AppServ เวอร์ชัน 2.5.1 และโปรแกรม PHPMaker เวอร์ชัน 4.0 ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP หลังจากนั้นได้นำระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาให้ผู้ใช้ทั้งภายในและภายนอก สวพ.ทบ. จำนวน 40 คน ทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่ผู้ใช้สามารถติดตามความก้าวหนัาของโครงการวิจัย และสามารถบริหารงานวิจัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น จากการประเมินระบบสารสนเทศใน 4 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ การนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ การค้นหาและประมวลผลข้อมูล การรายงานผล และภาพรวมของระบบ พบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of the research was to develop the web-based information system for research management for the Army Research and Development Coordination Office (ARDCO). The information system covered 4 groups of data, i.e., users, research projects, researchers and other related personnel, and other interesting data. This study was research and development. The system development life cycle methodology was used, starting with analyzing the army research management process and developing a prototype. A focus group interview with 20 ARDCO staff members was conducted for comments, particularly on the prototype, so as to improve the system. App Serv 2.5.1 and PHPMaker 4.0 under Microsoft Windows XP operating system were used as research tools. The evaluation of the system was then performed by 40 users including ARDCO staff members and outsiders. This information system could help users to follow' up the progress of the army research projects and could manage them more efficiently. The results of the evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in all aspects, i.e., inputting, searching and processing data, reporting and the overall system. | en_US |
