| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบฐานข้อมูล สารสน เทศทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหาร และครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 99 คน และครูในสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ที่มีหน้าที่บริหารจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา จำนวน 201 คน รวม 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาของ ผู้บริหารและครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาโดยภาพรวมของผู้บริหาร และครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์ของระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศผู้บริหาร และครูมีความพึงพอใจด้านการจัดการรักษา ความปลอดภัย และกำหนดสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งาน (2) ด้านศักยภาพของระบบสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาผู้บริหารและครู มีความพึงพอใจในด้านความสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาในการกำกับการดำเนินงานตามองค์ประกอบต่างๆได้อย่างสะดวก (3) ด้านการออกแบบหน้าต่างของระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ผู้บริหารและครูมีความ พึงพอใจด้านการจัดฐานข้อมูลอย่างเป็นหมวดหมู่สะดวกแก่การใช้งาน (4) ด้านการสนับสนุนและการให้บริการการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาผู้บริหารและครูมีความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการข้อมูล และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 (5) ด้านการบริหารและจัดการการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา ผู้บริหารและครูมีความพึงพอใจด้านการประชุมชี้แจง และทำความเข้าใจจากสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาให้แก่บุคลากร คณะทำงานก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติงาน และ (6) ด้านกระบวนการทำงาน ผู้บริหารและครูมีความพึงพอใจด้านการกำหนดระยะเวลาปฏิทินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลไว้อย่างชัดเจน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction with educational information database system of administrators and teachers under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12. The research population totaling 300 school personnel comprised 99 school administrators, and 201 teachers in charge of educational technology information in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the satisfaction with educational information data based system of administrators and teachers. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) the overall satisfaction with educational information database system of administrators and teachers under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 was at the high level; when specific aspects of the system were considered, it was found that their satisfactions were at the high level for all aspects, which could be further elaborated as follows: (1) in the aspect of the efficiency and benefits of the educational information database system, they were satisfied with the security management and the determination of user’s rights for access to the information; (2) in the aspect of the potential of the educational information system, they were satisfied with the ability to conveniently utilize the benefits from the educational technology database system for monitoring the operation of all components; (3) in the aspect of windows design of the educational information database system, they were satisfied with the arrangement of the database into groups and sections making it easier to use; (4) in the aspect of the supports and provision of services for using the educational information database system, they were satisfied with the provision of services on information and assistance on problem solving as given by the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12; (5) in the aspect of administration and management of the use of educational information database system, they were satisfied with the meetings organized by the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 to inform and orientate the personnel and work teams before the start of work performance; and (6) in the aspect of work performance process, they were satisfied with the clearly determination in advance of the data collection schedule. | en_US |
