| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (I) ต้นทุนต่อไร่ในการปลูกสับปะรดจำแนกตามจำนวนขนาดของ ไร่ที่ปลูก (2) ผลตอบแทนต่อไร่ในการปลูกสับปะรดจำแนกตามขนาดของไร่ที่ปลูก และ (3) เปรียบเทียบต้นทุน และผลตอบแทนต่อไร่ในการปลูกสับปะรดจำแนกตามขนาดของไร่ที่ปลูก รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเกษตรกร จำนวน 45 ราย ในสองอำเภอ ได้แก่ อำเภอเมืองและอำเภอแจัห่ม ตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม 2551 ถึงเดือนมกราคม 2552 โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ขอมูลทางบัญชีที่วิเคราะห์คือ ต้นทุนคงที่ ต้นทุนผันแปร ทฤษฏี ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ จุดคุ้มทุน ระยะเวลาคืนทุน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ต้นทุนในการปลูกสับปะรดต่อไร่สำหรับไร่ขนาดเล็กเท่ากับ 10,167.97 บาท ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนคงที่ 760.95 บาท ต้นทุนผันแปร 9,407.02 บาท สำหรับไร่ขนาดกลางเท่ากับ 11,521.99 บาท ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนคงที่ 497.92 บาท ด้นทุนผันแปร 11,024.07บาท สำหรับไร่ขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 13,333.83 บาท ประกอบด้วยด้นทุนคงที่ 303.59 บาทด้นทุนผันแปร 13,030.24 บาท (2) ผลตอบแทนต่อไร่ในการปถูกสับปะรด สำหรับไร่ขนาดเล็ก ไร่ขนาดกลาง และไร่ขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 16.406.44 บาท 16,118.90 บาท และ 17,355.80 บาท ตามลำด้บ การวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุนสำหรับไร่ขนาดเล็ก ไร่ขนาดกลาง และไร่ขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 868.14 บาท 1,220.59 บาทและ 1,406.09 บาท ตามลำดับ ระยะเวลาคืนทุนไร่ขนาดเล็ก ไร่ขนาดกลางและ ไร่ขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 2 ปี 2 ปี 2 เดือน และ 2 ปี 3 เดือนตามลำดับมูลค่าบัจจุบันสุทธิ 2% ไร่ขนาดเล็ก ไร่ขนาดกลาง และไร่ขนาดใหญ่ เท่ากับ 42,510.60 บาท 40,938.76 บาท และ 39,858.47 บาท ตามลำดับ มูลค่าป้จจุบันสุทธิ 9% ไร่ขนาดเล็ก ไร่ ขนาดกลาง และไร่ขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 33,415.93 บาท 27,809.75 บาท และ 27,986.21 บาท ตามลำดับ (3) เมื่อ เปรีบเทียบต้นทุนในการปลูกสับปะรดต่อไร่พบว่าต้นทุนในการปลูกต่อไร่สำหรับไร่ขนาดใหญ่ต้องลงทุนสูง กว่าไร่ขนาดกลางเป็นเงิน 1,811.84 บาท และสูงกว่าไร่ขนาดเล็กเป็นเงิน 3,165.86 บาทตามลำดับ ส่วนการ เปรืขบเทียบผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน มทุน ระยะเวลาคืนทุน และมูลค่าป็จ^บันสุทธิ มีค่าใกลัเคียงกันด้งนั้น หากมีเงินลงทุนน์อยหรึอต้องการลงทุนระยะสันการลงทุนปถูกสับปะรดในไร่ขนาดเล็กจะได้ผลตอบแทนดีกว่า ไร่ขนาดกลางและขนาดไหญ่ ในทางกลับกันหากมีเงินลงทุนมากหรึอต้องการลงทุนระยะขาวการปถูกสับปะรด ในไร่ขนาดกถางและไร่ขนาดใหญ่จะน์ามใชึ๋งผลตอบแทนที่ดีกว่าไร่ขนาดเล็ก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to (1) to study the cost per Rai of pineapple plantation based on the sizes of farms (small, medium, and large), (2) to study the return per Rai of pineapple plantation based on the farm’s size stated eariler. And (3) compare costs and returns per Rai of pineapple plantation based on farm's size. Research Methodology: survey research, the data used in this research was obtained from interviewing of 45 fanners who grow pineapple in two Amphur of Lumpang Province, which arc Amphur Muang and Amphur Jac Home from December 2008 to Janauary 2009. The analysis of the study was done by various techniques such as statistical means, frequency and percentage, the fixed and variable cost, the break even point, payback period method, and net present value method. Major Finding: the study's result showed that (1) seperated by the farm’s size, the total costs per Rai of pineapple plantation arc 10,167.97 Baht (including 760.95 Baht of fixed cost and 9.407.02 Baht of variable cost) for small farms. 11,521.99 Baht (consisting of 497.92 Baht of fixed cost and 11,024.07 Baht of variable cost) for medium farms, and 13,333.83 Baht (with 303.59 Baht of fixed cost and 13,030.24 Baht of variable cost) for large farms. (2) The return per Rai of pineapple plantation are 16,406.44 Balu for small farms, 16,118.90 Baht for medium farms and 17,355.80 Baht for large farms; additionally. the break even points per Rai are 1,220.59 Baht for small farms 868.14 Baht for medium farms and 1,406.09 Baht for large farms; furthermore, die payback periods are 24 months for small farms 26 months for medium farms and 27 months for large farms, moreover, the net present values at 2% arc 42,510.60 Baht for small farms 40,938.76 Baht for medium farms and 39,858.47 Baht for large farms, and Ihe net present values at 9% are 33,415.93 Baht for small farms 27,809.75 Baht for medium farms and 27.986.21 Baht for large farms. (3) เท comparison, the total cost per Rai of pineapple plantation for a large farm is 1,811.84 bath higher than a small farm.Besidcs, for the comparisons of the return per Rai, the break even points per Rai, the payback periods, and the net present values at 2% amd 9% there arc slightly different between large, medium, and small farms. Therefore, whoever looking for a short-term investment of pineapple plantation, choosing to invest in a small farm is (he best choice for the rctum.ln contrast, if someone is looking for a long-term investment, putting money in both medium farms and large farms at the same time is a wise idea | en_US |
