| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงานที่มีผลต่อการสอนงาน ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ เขตภาคตะวันออก (2) ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์การที่มี ผลต่อการสอนงานในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ เขตภาคตะวันออก และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการสอนงานของ ผู้จัดการโรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ เขตภาคตะวันออก ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารระดับสูงขององค์การในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ เขตภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 8 จังหวัด มีโรงงานจำนวน 796 แห่ง กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีของวิลเลียม คอชแรน จำนวน 464 คน และได้รับอัตราการตอบกลับร้อยละ 86.2 ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วนและใช้ตาราง เลขสุ่ม รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงานที่มีผลต่อการสอนงาน ที่มีความสำคัญใน ระดับมากที่สุดได้แก่ คุณลักษณะด้านความสามารถ โดยมีคุณลักษณะด้านสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และ ยอมรับความคิดเห็นของมติกลุ่ม มีความสำคัญเป็นลำดับแรก คุณลักษณะด้านทักษะ มีระดับความสำคัญในระดับ มากที่สุดรองลงมา โดยมีคุณลักษณะด้านความชำนาญในวิธีการ กระบวนการ และขั้นตอนในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ ในระดับความสำคัญเป็นลำดับแรก และคุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ มีระดับความสำคัญในระดับมาก โดยมี คุณลักษณะด้านการมีความรู้และเข้าใจในหลักการบริหารการจัดการองค์การ อยู่ในระดับความสำคัญเป็นลำดับ แรก (2) ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีผลต่อการสอนงานของผู้จัดการโรงงาน มีระดับความสำคัญตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การ มีระดับความสำคัญในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยที่มีระดับความสำคัญมากใน ลำดับแรก คือ ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณในการดำเนินการสอนงาน ส่วนปัจจัย สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกองค์การ มีระดับความสำคัญในระดับปานกลาง โดยปัจจัยที่มีระดับความสำคัญในลำดับ แรก คือ ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีด้านการผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะอย่างรวดเร็ว (3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการ สอนงานของผู้จัดการโรงงาน ตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงานด้านความสามารถ ปัจจัย สภาพแวดล้อมภายใน ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงานด้านทักษะ โดยสามารถสร้างเป็นสมการเพื่อแสดง ความสัมพันธ์ คือ การสอนงาน = 0.193 + 0.403 (คุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงานด้านความสามารถ) + 0.342 (ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายใน) + 0.122 (คุณลักษณะของผู้จัดการโรงงาน ด้านทักษะ) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study were to study: (1) the characteristics of factory manager effecting work coaching of metal and steel industries in Eastern Region; (2) the Internal and external organizations environmental factors effecting work coaching of factory manager in metal and steel industries in Eastern Region; and (3) the factors affecting work coaching of factory manager in metal and steel industries in Eastern Region. The population consisted of senior executives of Metal and Steel Industries in Eastern Region, covering 8 provinces, 796 plants with the sample of 464 calculated by William G. Cochran formula, only 86.2% of questionnaires returned. The research by used the proportional sampling and random number table. Data collection tools were questionnaire. Statistics analysis included frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found that: (1) the characteristics of factory manager effecting work coaching in highest priority were feature capabilities included the ability to work well with others and the consensus opinion of the group was important. The skills had the highest priority followed expertise in the methods process and operational procedures were the first priority and feature knowledge was priority level. Features the knowledge and understanding of the principles of organizational management was the first priority; (2) The environmental factors the work coaching of factory manager level of significance, respectively were environmental factors within the organization was priority level. The factors were very important in the first level was factors on the management and support budget for the teaching job. The organizations external environment factor was the medium priority level. The factor in order of priority was factors related to technological change in the metal products quickly; And (3) the factors affecting to work coaching of factory manager, priorities were the characteristics of factory manager in work coaching capabilities, environmental factors within, the characteristics of factory manager in work coaching skills by created an equation to show the relationship were coaching = 0.193 + 0.403(the characteristics of factory manager in work coaching capabilities)+0.342 (environmental factors within) + 0.122(the characteristics of factory manager in work coaching skills) | en_US |
