| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด 2) ระดับสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ พนักงานบริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด จำนวน 315 คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวน 200 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวก และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ค่าสถิติ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ สมการถดถอยเชิงเสันพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 3.60) 2) ระดับสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิคจำกัดอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=4.02) และ 3) ปัจจัยสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด โดยมีค่าเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านค่านิยม (Beta = 0.667) ด้านแรงจูงใจ (Beta = 0.632) ด้านความรู้ (Beta = 0.584) และด้านทักษะ (Beta = 0.348) โดยปัจจัยสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ พนักงาน บริษัท คอนโทรลอจิค จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to study: (1) the performance efficiency level of employees of Contrologic Company Limited; (2) the work competency level of employees of Contrologic Company Limited; and (3) the work competency affecting performance efficiency of employees of Contrologic Company Limited. This study was a survey research. Population was 315 employees of Contrologic Company Limited. The sample size was calculated by Taro Yamane formula as a total of 200 employees, using convenience sampling. A questionnaire was used as a tool for date collection. Statistical tools employed for statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that: (1) employee’s performance efficiency was at a high level (x̅= 3.60). (2) Work competency of employees was at a high level ( x̅ = 4.02). (3) The work competency affecting performance efficiency of employees of Contrologic Company Limited were values (Beta = 0.667), motivation (Beta = 0.632), knowledge (Beta = 0.584) and skills (Beta = 0.348) respectively. The work competency factors affecting performance efficiency of employees of Contrologic Company Limited was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. | en_US |
