dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the research were (1) to study the level of work life quality in the adequate and fair compensation, safe and health working conditions, develop of human capacity, growth and security , social integration, constitutionalism, total life space and social relevance of the teachers in Amphoe Pakchong Changwat Nakom Rajsima, (2) to compare the work life quality of those teachers in Amphoc Pakchong Changwat Nakom Rajsima. The 316 samples were teachers from school in Amphoe Pakchong Changwat Nakom Rajsima .The research tool was a questionnaire constructed in the 5-scale rating form, with a reliability of 0.9237. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. A statistical significance was set at 0.05. It was found from the study (1) that all of the aspects of the work life quality of the teachers were at a high level, except the aspect of sufficient and fair salary was at a moderate level. (2) The analyses of variance of the work life quality of the teachers regarding sex age education workload per week and school size showed no significant difference both in general and individual dimensions. The analyses of variance of the work life quality regarding to the teachers’ job experience had significant differences both in general and individual; whereas they had no significant difference regarding to another group of teachers’ job experience. Besides, the 21-40 year and 41-60 year had significantly different work life. The analyses of variance of the work life quality regarding salary had significant differences both in general and individual dimensions; whereas they had no significant difference regarding another group of salary. Besides, the 10,000- 20,000 and more than 30,000 had significantly different work lifeen_US
