| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อยู่อาศัย ในและรอบอุทยานแห่งชาติ จำนวน 5 จังหวัด ประกอบด้วย จังหวัดสกลนคร จังหวัดนครพนม จังหวัดบึงกาฬ จังหวัดอุดรธานี และ จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างชั้นภูมิแบบสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการร่วมรับรู้ ด้านการร่วมคิด ด้านการร่วมทำ ด้านการร่วมแก้ไข และด้านการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์อยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (2) ประชาชนที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่ อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) แตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสำนักบริหารพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ที่่ 10 (อุดรธานี) มี 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) จัดทำโครงการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติ 2) จัดทำโครงการเวทีชาวบ้าน และ 3) จัดทำโครงการเครือข่ายอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research entitled People’s Participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) aimed to (1) study people’s participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) (2) compare people’s participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) classified by personal factors and (3) study guidelines to solve the problems of people’s participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani). This research was a survey research. The population was people who resided inside and surrounded National Park in 5 provinces namely; Sakolnakorn Province, Nakornpanom Province, Bungkarn Province, Udonthani Province and Nhongbualumpoo Province. Sample size was 400 samples calculated via Taro Yamane formula and used proportionate stratified random sampling. Research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance and T-test. The research results showed that (1) an overview image of people’s participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) was at medium level. Considering in each aspect, it was found 5 aspects namely; participants’ recognition, participants’ brainstorming, implementation, solving and co-beneficiary were at medium level as well (2) samples who were different in age, occupation, education level and income were different in terms of participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) with statistical significance level of 0.05 (3) there were 3 approaches to solve the problems of people’s participation in Forest Resource Conservation of Protected Areas Regional Office 10 (Udonthani) 1) organizing a public relation project to inform news regarding forest resource conservation in National Parks 2) organizing focus group meetings and 3) creating a project on forest resource conservation network | en_US |
