dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were: (1) to study the staffs participation level in job performances of the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. (C-ATC) (2) to study the relationship between personal factors with the staffs participation level in job performances of the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. and (3) to study the guidelines of the staffs participation in job performances of the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. The population of this research was the staff who worked in both line and staff functions in the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd., which totally had 139 persons. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument for collecting the data. The analysis of the data was accomplished by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean (X ). standard deviation (S.D.) and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research found that: (1) the level of the staffs participation in job performances of (he Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. was in the very good level (2) the personal factors which had relationship with the level of (he staffs participation in job performances of the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. was only the age factor and (3) the guidelines for the staffs participation in job performances of the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Control Centers Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. was to campaign the cooperation in job performances with the staff in the Chiang Mai Air Traffic Controlen_US
