| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษารูปแบบพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้งระดับท้องถิ่น (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้งระดับท้องถิ่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้งระดับท้องถิ่น มีรูปแบบเป็นไปตามข้อห้ามในมาตรา 57 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นหรือผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น พ.ศ. 2545 ชี่งมีรูปแบบไม่แตกต่างกันกับพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้งระดับประเทศ (2) นอกเหนือ จากความต้องการมีตำแหน่งเกียรติยศชื่อเสียงของผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งแล้ว ฐานะรายได้ของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งและผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้ง ระดับการศึกษา ทัศนคติของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง รวมทั้งสภาพ สังคม การเมือง ประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ในพีนที่ 7 ตำบล ของอำเภอวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลกไม่ได้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญทีเอีอต่อพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้งระตับท้องถิ่นครั้งนี้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to: (1) study deviant behavior in local election campaigns; and (2) study the factors that supported deviant behavior in local election campaigns. The results showed that: (1) The types of deviant behavior in the local election campaigns studied were in accordance with the prohibition under Clause 57 of the 2002 Local Government or Local Administrator Act and were no different from the types of deviant behavior found in national elections. (2) Besides candidates’ desire for fame or an honorable position, the other factors of voter income, candidate income, educational level and attitudes of voters, and the local social and political situation as well as local culture and traditions, did not significantly support deviant behavior in the local election campaigns studied. | en_US |
