| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยเพื่อ (1) ประเมินผลโครงการฝึกอบรมหมอดิน อาสาสำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 4 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และ (2) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการ ปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานโครงการฝึกอบรมหมอดินอาสาสำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 4 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ หมอดินอาสาประจำตำบลสำนักงานพัฒนา ที่ดินเขต 4 ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ รวม 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดนครพนม จังหวัดยโสธร จังหวัด อำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีทั้งหมด จำนวน 379 ราย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 190 รายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเที่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการประเมินโครงการฝึกอบรมหมอดินอาสาสำนักงานพัฒนา ที่ดินเขต 4 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน มีความสำเร็จโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความสำเร็จรายด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัญหาการ ดำเนินงานโครงการฝึกอบรมหมอดินอาสาสำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 4 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน มี 3 ประการ คือ การแบ่งเวลาในการฝึกอบรมแต่ละหัวข้อยังไม่ดีพอ พื้นที่ที่เข้าไปศึกษาดูงาน ยังไม่ตรงตามความ ต้องการของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม สื่อและวัสดุยังไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานโครงการฝึกอบรมหมอดินอาสาสำนักงาน พัฒนาที่ดินเขต 4 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน มี 3 ประการคือ ควรจัดแบ่งเวลาหัวข้อการฝึกอบรมให้สอดคล้อง กับความต้องการด้านการฝึกอบรมควร กำหนดพื้นที่ที่ศึกษาดูงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม และควรจัดซื้อสื่อ และวัสดุการฝึกอบรมให้เพียงพอต่อผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) evaluate the training project of Mordin Asa, Land Development Office, Region 4, Land Development Department, and (2) investigate problems and propose recommendations to improve the training project of Mordin Asa, Land Development Office, Region 4, Land Development Department. Research samples were 190 officers randomized from 379 officers working as Mordin Asa in Tambons of 7 Northeastern provinces which were Nakhon Phanom, Yasothon, Am Nat Charoen, Mukdahan, Si Sa Ket, Roi Et, and Ubon Ratchathani. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) in the overall view, the success of the training project was in high level, when considered each aspect, it was pound that ะ the success in Context, Input, Process and Output aspects was in high level as well, (2) three major problems found were: time scheduled for each topic in the training program was not good enough, area targets for field study purpose were not the areas the trainees needed, training media and material were insufficient compared to numbers of training participants. Recommendations to improve the training project of Mordin Asa, Land Development Office, Region 4, Land Development Department were : time scheduled for each topic in the program should be reset to match training needs, area targets for field study purpose should be the areas the participants required, and sufficient training media and materials should be provided | en_US |
