dc.description.abstractalternativeThe research aimed to: (1) evaluation the performance of Mae Pa Sub-district Administrative Organization (Vac Pa SAO), Mae Sot District, Tak Province, in four aspects. These were financial aspect; internal management ; recipients of public service aspect; and organizational capability development. (2) study the management obstacles of Mae Pa SAO, Mae Sot District, Tak Province . (3) provide guidance for those operation problems at Mac Fa SAO, Mac Sot District, Tak Province. Population far the study consisted of 45 officers from Mae Pa SAO and 7 J29 eligible voters from 11 villages in sub-district of Mae Pa. Samples are 400 eligible voters derived from Yamane’s formula. The data was collected through performance assessment inquiry form, interview and questionnaire. Analysis of data was completed with Content Analysis, Analytic Induction and Constant Comparison of collecting information from the paperwork and interview. Descriptive was another tool for this survey, which comprised mean, percentage an standard deviation. The study revealed as below: (1) Mae Pa SAO working performance: Firstly, financial performance; the organization revenues were over expenditures each fiscal year since 2006 to 2009. This was a result of government subsidization. Next, internal management performance: Mae Pa workplace achieved at 91.76 percent (good level).Thirdly. SAO service recipients’ satisfaction; they satisfied with organization service. Overall operation of Mae Pa SAO showed well performed. Lastly, organization capability development; Mac Pa provided effective operating system in strengthening their officers with wording knowledge and skill. (2) Management obstacles: It was found that Mae Pa revenues were not sufficient to complete the local development plan for all projects. ๒ addition, the internal project management capability was not balanced with the organization potential and could nor complete the scheme plan. Furthermore, local people เท Mae Pa Sub-district area did not realize a role of organization staffs. Moreover, the objectives of capacity-building and capability development were still blind. Moral support was considered as another effective aspect towards SAO officer working performance. (3) Recommendations for problems above were as follow: First of all, Mae Pa SAO should pay respect to the local expenditures priority. Secondly, the interna] running activity required a proper guideline development based on sub-district organization potential and public opinion mobilization. Necessity and worthiness examination of development project on SAO callers was requisite as well. Heightening public awareness of the clear roles and responsibilities of the Sub-district employees by public relation activity was necessary too. Finally, Mae Pa SAO should boost their existing officers’ ability regularly by training. The organization should also pay attention to skills in tools I King instruction and office equipment modernizing frequently. Revision of worker welfare needed to be focused and carried out as it played an important role in organization growthen_US
