| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะของผู้ตัดสินใจและความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ และ (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 4 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 4 ทุกคน จำนวน 437 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.96 ได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ส่งคืนกลับมาจำนวน 407 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.14 ของจำนวนแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งหมด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบฟิชเชอร์ เอ็กแซค และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัยที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และมีคุณลักษณะของผู้ตัดสินใจในภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับสูง และ (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะของผู้ตัดสินใจ ด้านความมั่นใจ ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านความยืดหยุ่น ด้านวิจารณญาณ และด้านความมีเหตุผล โดยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการศึกษา คือ ควรจะได้มีการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาตนเองของหัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของผู้ตัดสินใจให้ดียิ่งขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this descriptive research were to study (1) the personality traits and decision-making ability and (2) factors related to decision-making ability of chiefs of health center in public health region 4th. This study was conducted with all 437 chiefs of health center in public health region 4th. The research instrument was a self-administered questionnaire with a 0.96 level of reliability. There were 407 completed questionnaires (93.14%) returned for statistical analysis. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Fisher’s exact test, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research has found that: (l)the decision-making ability of the majority of respondents was at a high level and their overall decision-maker’s personality traits were also high; and (2) the factors related to decision-making (confidence, creativity, flexibility, judgement and reasoning) were positive with a significant level of 0.05. It is, therefore, recommended that process of learning and self-development for chiefs of health center should be developed so as to enhance their decision-maker’s personality traits | en_US |
