| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปมของผู้ต้องขังที่มีต่อภารกิจคืนคนดีสู่สังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักที่เป็นผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำ และเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับโอกาสทางการศึกษา การพัฒนาจิตใจ และการพัฒนาอาชีพ ในโครงการด้านการพัฒนาพฤตินิสัยของเรือนจำ ณ เรือนจำกลางบางขวาง ตำบลสวนใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 10 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง และ แบบการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ผู้ต้องขังมีความคิดและพฤติกรรมตามสัญชาตญาณ คือ มี พฤติกรรมการกระทำตามใจตน ไม่กระทำในสิ่งที่เป็นหน้าที่หลักของตน รวมทั้งมีความโกรธ ความ อัดอั้นตันใจ และมีความคิดที่ผิดพลาดไปจากความเป็นจริง (2) ผู้ต้องขังมีความคิดและพฤติกรรม ตามอุปนิสัยส่วนตัว คือ มีพฤติกรรมการปฏิเสธและไม่ยอมรับเอากิจกรรมต้านการศึกษา การอบรม และการฝึกวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพฤตินิสัย โดยมีความต้องการที่จะทำกิจกรรมตามใจที่ตนคิด ยึดเอาตามใจตนเอง และ (3) ผู้ต้องขังมีความคิดและพฤติกรรมตามการเรียนรู้จากสังคม คือ มี พฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงการขาดศีลธรรมอันดีในตน และการขาดความสนใจในหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของตน ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการเรียนรู้จากสภาพแวดล้อมในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันกับผู้คนและเพื่อนๆ ในเรือนจำ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to study the crux of prisoners toward the Project of Return Good People to the Society. The research main informants were 10 purposively selected prisoners who had opportunity to study, to improve their spirits, and to develop their vocations in the Project for Development of Inmate’s Behavioral Habits of Bang Kwang Central Prison, Suan Yai sub-district, Mueang district, Nonthaburi province. The employed research instruments were a semi-structured in-depth interview form, and a participatory behavior observation form. Data were analyzed with content analysis. The results of this research revealed that (1) the prisoners had their mentality and behaviors in accordance with their instincts, i.e. they behaved in accordance with what they like to do, not in accordance with their main duty; they also had anger, frustration, and thoughts that were deviated from reality; (2) the prisoners had their mentality and behaviors based on their own personal habits, i.e. they had behaviors that rejected and not accepted educational and vocational training activities that were related to development of behavioral habits; instead, they had the desire to do activities based on what they liked to do; and (3) the prisoners had their mentality and behaviors based on what they had learned from the society, i.e. they had behaviors indicating the lack of good morality in themselves and the lack of interest in their own responsibilities, which were the results of what they had learned from interaction with people and fellow inmates in the prison. | en_US |
