| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความรู้ทักษะและเจตคติเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ พยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก (2) กระบวนการบริหารการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริม การใชักระบวนการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก (3) การใชักระบวนการพยาบาลในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก (4) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใชักระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก กสุ่มประชากรเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติซึ่งปฏิบัติงานให้บริการกับผู้ใช้บริการในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จำนวน 183 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชัเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบไปด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป ความรู้ ทักษะ เจตคติ กระบวนการบริหารการพยาบาล และการใชักระบวนการพยาบาล ดามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบคของ แบบสอบถามแต่ละส่วนเท่ากับ 0.86 0.97 0.90 0.94 และ 0.98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะท์ชัอมูลโดยใชัโปรแกรม สำเร็จรูปหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาดรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความรู้ทักษะและเจตคติ เกี่ยวกับการกระบวนการพยาบาล ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) กระบวนการบริหารการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมการใชั กระบวนการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาทแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก อยู่ ในระดับปฏิบัติปานกลาง (3) การใชักระบวนการพยาบาลในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลแม่ สอด จังหวัดตาก อยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติ มาก (4) ปัจจัย ด้านความรู้ ทักษะ เจตคติ และวิจจัยด้านกระบวนการบริหาร การพยาบาลมึความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการใชักระบวนการพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถติ (5) ปัจจัยที่มี อิทธิพลสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การใชักระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชึพในโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัด ตาก ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถดิที่ระดับ .05 คึอ ทักษะ การนิเทศงาน การจัดอัตรากำลังและเจตคติในการใชั กระบวนการพยาบาล โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การใชักระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้รัอยละ 57.60 (R2 - .576) โดยมึสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานด้งนี้ zกระบวนการพยาบาล = .433Z<ทักษะ + -3O8Zการนิเทศงาน + -168Zการจัดอัตรากำลัง + -126Zเจตคติ ดังนั้นโรงพยาบาลแม่สอดจึงควรได้พัฒนาใหัพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้มึการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลอย่าง ต่อเนื่องโดยเน้นทักษะ การนิเทศและการจัดอัตรากำลังใหัเพืยงพอ รวมทั้งสร้างเจตคติในการใชักระบวนการพยาบาลให้กับพยาบาลวิชาชีพทุกคน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this descriptive research were: (1) to investigate knowledge, skills, and attitudes concerning the nursing process (2) to study the nursing administration process of head nurses to promote the process the application of the nursing process : (3) to find the nursing process performance and (4) to explore influencing factors in the nursing process of registered nurses in Mae Sot Hospital, in Tak Province. The research population consisted of 183 registered nurses providing services to patients in Mae Sot Hospital. Questionnaire were used for collecting the data. The instrument consisted of five sections: (1) demographic data, (2) knowledge, (3) skills, (4) attitudes, (5) nursing administration process, and (6) the application of the nursing process. These questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of part 2 to 6 were 0.86,0.97.0.90,0.94, and 0.98 respectively. Research data were analyzed by both descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation) and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) Registered nurses rated their knowledge, skills, and attitudes concerning the nursing process at the high level. (2) Registered nursed perceived that the nursing administration process performed by their head nurses to support the nursing process was at the moderate level. (3) Registered nurses expressed the opinion that they employed the nursing process in their work at the high level. Finally, (4) Two factors: (a) the factors of the knowledge, skills, and attitude concerning the nursing process and (b) the factors of the nursing administration process correlated significantly with the application of the nursing process. (5) Co-factors skills, supervision, staffing pattern, and attitude predicted the use of the nursing process (p<.05). These predictors accounted for 57.60% (R2 = .576). Lastly, (6) the prediction equation is constructed below. z Nursing process ~ -433 z Skill + .308 z Supervision + .168 z Staffing pattern . 126 z Attitude Therefore, Mae Sot Hospital should support registered nurses in employing the nursing process continuously. Moreover, skills, Supervision, and sufficient staff, should be focused on. Finally positive attitudes toward the application of the nursing process should be built up. | en_US |
