| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนั้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเครื่องมือผ่าตัด ของห้องผ่าดัดโรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี ครอบคลุมการทำงานใน 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ การจัดเก็บ การค้นหา และการรายงาน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาวิธีการในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศนี้ใช้หลักการ ของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยเรื่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาและความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ โดยการสมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ของห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลปทุมธานีจำนวน 11 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2003 ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP และประเมินระบบที่พัฒนาแลัวโดยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องผ่าตัดที่ใช้ระบบตอบ แบบสอบถามจำนวน 11 คน ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเครื่องมือผ่าตัดที่สามารถจัดเก็บ ปรับปรุงและค้นหาข้อมูลเครื่องมือผ่าตัด และสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนการบำรุงรักษา หรึอจัดซื้อชุดเครื่องมือผ่าตัด การจัดเก็บและการค้นคืนเครื่องมือผ่าตัด และการดรวจสอบชุด เครื่องมือผ่าตัดที่หมดระยะปราศจากเชี้อ ผลการประเมินระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเครื่องมือ ผ่าตัด พบว่าผู้ใช้มีความเห็นว่าระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเครื่องมือผ่าตัดมีความเหมาะสมใน ระดับมากทุกด้าน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for managing the use of surgical instruments of the operating room of Pathumthani hospital. The system covered three main areas: storing, searching and reporting. This study was research and development. The system development life- cycle methodology was used. The preliminary study was conducted through interviews with eleven staff members from the operating room of Pathumthani hospital. The researcher then analyzed, designed and developed the system by using Microsoft Access 2003 under the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. The evaluation of the system was then performed by the eleven staff members from the operating room of Pathumthani hospital. The result showed that the developed information system could be used to manage the use of surgical instruments. It allowed staff members to conveniently store, update and retrieve data of surgical instruments. This enabled the surgical instrument maintenance and procurement to be planned, including storing mid retrieving the instruments. In addition, the system allowed expired sterilized instruments to be traced for resterilizing.
