| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับของความสำเร็จของการบริหารคุณภาพ ห้องปฏิบัติการของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า ตามมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ 2555 (2) ปัจจัยในการ บริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยต่างๆ กับ ความสำเร็จของการบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า ตามมาตรฐาน งานเทคนิคการแพทย์ 2555 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มงานพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า ได้แก่ แพทย์ เทคนิคการแพทย์ พยาบาล และพนักงานช่วยการพยาบาล จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 86 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ 71 คน โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ แต่สามารถเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างได้ถึง 82 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับของความสำเร็จของการบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ ตามมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ 2555 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (2) ปัจจัยในการบริหารคุณภาพ ห้องปฏิบัติการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละปัจจัยพบว่า การบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการจะ สัมฤทธิ์ผลได้ต้องเกิดจากปัจจัยด้านความเข้าใจต่อระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการ ติดตามและแก้ไขปรับปรุงระบบบริหารคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรและการสนับสนุนของ ฝ่ายบริหาร ตามลำดับ (3) ปัจจัยในการบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จของ การบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ 2555 ในระดับปานกลางและในทิศทาง เดียวกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 โดยในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จ ของการบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการมากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ การติดตามแก้ไขปรับปรุงระบบบริหารคุณภาพ อย่างต่อเนื่อง และ ความเข้าใจต่อระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ ตามลำดับ สำหรับการสนับสนุนของฝ่ายบริหาร มี ความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จของการบริหารคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการน้อยที่สุด | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the study were to examine (1) Successful level of laboratory quality management of Somdechphrapinklao hospital under the Standard of Medical Technology 2012, (2) Factors to manage the laboratory quality of Somdechphrapinklao hospital and (3) Factors relating to the success of laboratory quality management of Somdechphrapinklao hospital under the Standard of Medical Technology 2012 The population used for the study were 86 medical professionals. They are working as physicians, medical technologists, nurses and health staffs in the laboratory department of Somdechphrapinklao hospital. The sample size was defined by applying the Taro Yamane formula, resulting in 71 participants but the study collected 82 participants. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Statistical tools were used to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics. The latter is a Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study revealed as follows: (1) Overall successful level of laboratory quality management of Somdechphrapinklao hospital under the Standard of Medical Technology 2012 is at the highest level. (2) Overall the factors to manage the laboratory quality is at a high level. The ordering of factors were : an understanding to laboratory quality management system, tracking and continuous improvement, staff corporation and commitment and management support. (3) All factors to manage the laboratory quality were relating to the successful of laboratory quality management of Somdechphrapinklao hospital under the Standard of Medical Technology 2012 in the positive moderate level at significant level 0.01 | en_US |
