| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา(2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพข์สินและหนี้สินของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ(3)ศึกษาปัญหากี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังห วัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองขององค์กรปกครองส่วน ท้องถิ่นจังหวัดพระบครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 802 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 267 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณี ที่พบความแตกต่างในเชิงสถิติ ทดสอบการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณด้วยวิธี LSD (Least Significance Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านหลักเกณฑ์การยื่นบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สิน ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพข์สิน ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการหนี้สิน และด้านการแสดงรายได้และรายข่าย พบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจในทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งทางการเมืองปังจุบัน และประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินแดกต่างกัน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการ จัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3)ร้อยละ 20.22 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้ระบุปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สิบ คือ การไม่ทราบอย่างแน่ชัดในหลักเกณฑ์และบทกำหนดโทยเกี่ยวกับการยื่นบัญชีแสดงรายการทรัพย์สินและหนี้สิน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the study were to (1) study the level of understanding of assets and liabilities declaration of persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. (2) compare the understanding level of assets and liabilities declaration of persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, classified by personal factors. (3) examine the problems about in declaring assets and liabilities of persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya The population of this study was 802 persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The sampling group consists of 267 persons obtained by stratified sampling method. Data collection instrument was questionnaire. Statistical techniques used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. In addition, LSD (Least Significance Difference) was also applied for data analysis in case some variations were found. The results revealed that (1) the understanding in assets and liabilities declaration of persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya was at medium level in general and also in 4 categories, which were the criterion of declaration, the assets declaration, the liabilities declaration and the revenue and expenditure declaration. (2) The research study also found that there was difference of understanding in assets and liabilities declaration among persons holding political position of local government in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, of different age, level of education, political position and experience on declaration, with statistical significance at .05 level. (3) 20.22 percent of the respondent had indicated the problem which was lacking of knowledge about regulations and penalties concerning assets and liabilities declaration. | en_US |
