| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของพนักงานที่มีต่อการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจด้านการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของพนักงานบริษัท ชีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานของบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 8 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 71 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการ จัดการองค์ความรู้ของบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการจัดการองค์ความรู้ในระดับมากทุกด้าน อันดับแรกคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านกระบวนการจัดการองค์ความรู้ ด้านเนื้อหาในระบบการ จัดการองค์ความรู้ และด้านรูปแบบการจัดการองค์ความรู้ภายในองค์กรตามลำดับ และ (2) พนักงานที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการจัดการความรู้ในบริษัท ชีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงานที่มีเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ระดับการศึกษาและตำแหน่งงานแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการจัดการองค์ความรู้ไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the study were (1) to study the level of employees’ satisfaction with knowledge management at CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited; and (2) to compare employees’ satisfaction with knowledge management at CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited by personal factors. The total population was 86 employees at CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The 71 samples were selected by simple random sampling. The data was gathered by a questionnaire and was analyzed by applying percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and One-Way ANOVA. The results showed that (1) overall employees satisfied with knowledge management at CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited at the high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that participation, knowledge management process, contents of knowledge management system and types of internal knowledge management were high respectively; and (2) employees with different age satisfied with knowledge management at CPF (Thailand) Public Company Limited differently at the statistical significance 0.05 level.
