| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน เทศบาลเมืองแสนสุข อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (4) แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเสือกตั้งในเขตเทศบาลเมืองแสนสุข อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 380 คน แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .843 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าไคสแควธ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนอยู่ในระดับมาก คือการเลือกตั้งเป็นกิจกรรมสำคัญของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05นอกนั้นไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นมีฐานะยากจน ต้องหารายได้เลี้ยงชีวิตตนเองและครอบครัว ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (4) แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ได้แก่ นักการเมืองต้องมีจริยธรรม มีความพร้อมที่จะเป็นตัวแทนของประชาชน ผู้บริหารพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจในท้องถิ่น ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีอาชีพมั่นคงมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study following four steps : (1) the political participation in Saensuk Municipality, Amphoe Mueang, Chonburi; (2) the factors affecting political participation; (3) the problems and hindrances of political participation; (4) Solutions to the problems of political participation. The sample consisted of 380 people having a voting right in Saensuk Municipality, Amphoe Mueang, Chonburi. The reliability of questionnaire was .843. In addition, statistical methods used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and chi-square. It was concluded that (1) people’s political participation was highly rated with was a election crucial activity; (2) the factor of individual education was significantly related to people’s political participation at a .05 level but the rest was not; (3) the problems and hindrances of political participation were people’s lack of knowledge in political participation; and (4) solutions to the problems were that politicians must possess ethics and be ready to represent their people.
