| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการ พยาบาลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครลำปาง และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครลำปาง คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณ ค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่า พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ค่าความเที่ยง และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของบัณฑิต พยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครลำปาง ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะ 8 ด้าน รวม 65 ตัวชี้วัด คือ 1) ด้านการรวบรวมข้อมูล 5 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ด้านการสื่อสารและประสานงาน 11 ตัวชี้วัด 3) ด้านการวิเคราะห์และการประเมิน 9 ตัวชี้วัด 4) ด้านการตัดสินใจ 5 ตัวชี้วัด 5) ด้านการวางแผน และการจัดการ 8 ตัวชี้วัด 6) ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถทางการพยาบาลและศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7 ตัวชี้วัด 7) ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ 12 ตัวชี้วัด และ 8) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ 8 ตัวชี้วัด ส่วนเกณฑ์ตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัย พยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครลำปาง ใช้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 3.50 ทั้งรายข้อและรายด้าน และ (2) ตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครลำปาง มีคุณภาพเหมาะสมตามเกณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน และบัณฑิตพยาบาล จำนวน 121 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to develop the indicators of competency in nursing practice of nursing science graduates from Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Lampang; and (2) to verify the quality of the indicators of competency in nursing practice of nursing science graduates from Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Lampang. The research sample consisted of 17 experts and 121 nursing science graduates. Research instruments were an open-ended questionnaire and a rating scale questionnaire. Statistical procedures for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, inter-quartile range, IOC, reliability coefficient, and t-test. Research findings revealed that (1) the developed indicators of competency in nursing practice of nursing science graduates from Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Lampang consisted of 8 competencies with 65 indicators as follows: (1) data collection with 5 indicators; (2) communication and coordination with 11 indicators; (3) analysis and evaluation with 9 indicators; (4) decision making with 5 indicators; (5) planning and management with 8 indicators; (6) knowledge and ability of nursing and related fields with 7 indicators; (7) virtues, morality and professional code of ethics with 12 indicators; and (8) personality with 8 indicators; the averaged mean score of more than 3.50 was used as the criterion for each indicator as well as for each competency in nursing practice of nursing science graduates from Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Lampang; and (2) the quality of all indicators of competency in nursing practice of nursing science graduates from Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Lampang were found to be appropriate based on the criterion. | en_US |
