| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคม และเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตผักของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักปลอดภัย 4) ความต้องการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักปลอดภัย 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักปลอดภัยของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรที่ผลิตผักอำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม ปีการเพาะปลูก 2562/63 จำนวน 520 ราย คำนวนโดยสูตรของทาโร่ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 147 ราย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 55.38 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มลูกค้า ธ.ก.ส. มีพื้นที่ปลูกผักเฉลี่ย 2.95 ไร่ มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกผักเฉลี่ย 14.90 ปี มีแรงงานเฉลี่ย 3.15 คน มีรายได้จากผลิตผักปลอดภัยเฉลี่ย 18,692.22 บาท/รอบการผลิต/ไร่ มีต้นทุนการผลิตผักปลอดภัยเฉลี่ย 3,772 บาท/รอบการผลิต/ไร่ 2) เกษตรกรปลูกผักกวางตุ้งมากที่สุด โดยมีการไถพรวนดิน 1 ครั้งต่อรอบการผลิต แล้วตากดินไว้ 7 วันเพื่อให้เกิดการร่วนซุยของดิน 3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้มากเกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักปลอดภัยเรื่องการแช่เมล็ดพันธุ์ผักในน้ำอุ่นเพื่อลดปริมาณเชื้อโรค 4) ความต้องการส่งเสริมผลิตผักปลอดภัยของเกษตรกรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการเลือกเมล็ดพันธุ์ การเตรียมดิน การปลูก การให้น้ำ และการให้ปุ๋ย 5) ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักปลอดภัยของเกษตรด้านความรู้ด้านการผลิต ข้อเสนอแนะเจ้าหน้าที่ควรอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรโดยตรง และควรมีการบูรณาการในการอบรม ให้ความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research study aimed to explore 1) social and economic conditions; 2) the conditions of vegetable production; 3) the knowledge of safe vegetable production; 4) extension needs of safe vegetable production; and 5) problems and suggestions of safe vegetable production of farmers in Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The population consisted of 520 vegetable farmers in the crop year of 2019/20 Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The 147 sample by using Yamane formula with 0.07 variation. Structured interview was used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results revealed the following: 1) Most of the farmers were female with the average age of 55.38 years and finished primary school. Most of the farmers were customers the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC). The average vegetable growing area was 2.95 rai. The average vegetable growing experience was 14.90 years. The average number of labor was 3.15. The average income from safe vegetable production was 18,692.22 baht / production cycle / rai. The average cost of producing vegetables was 3,772 baht / production cycle / rai. 2) Most of farmers grew Brassica chinensis. They plowed the land once per production cycle, dried the soil for 7 days for soil loosening. 3) farmers of knowledge on safe vegetable production with soaking vegetable seeds in warm water to reduce pathogens. 4) The needs of farmers to extension of safe vegetable production were at medium level including seed selection, soil preparation, planting, watering and fertilization. 5) The problem of safe vegetable production for farmers was a lack of knowledge safe vegetable production. Regarding suggestion that the officers should organize direct training to farmers and other departments would include the integration of knowledgebased training on Good Agricultural Practice | en_US |
