| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยจำแนกตามหมู่บ้านและปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษา ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางสร้างเสริมการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้แทนครัวเรือนในเขตพื้นที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวนทั้งหมด 2,329 ครัวเรือน 9 หมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 342 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามสัดส่วนและสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้นเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลาจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชน พบว่า หมู่บ้านที่การดำเนินงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นสูงที่สุดได้แก่ หมู่ที่ 5 บ้านสวนจันทร์ และหมู่บ้านที่การดำเนินงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดได้แก่ หมู่ที่ 8 บ้านปากเจาประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น ไม่แตกต่างกันในทุกด้าน (3) ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญ คือ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลิ่งชัน ควรดูแลให้มีการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมถนนในหมู่บ้านให้มีน้ำสะอาดอย่างเพียงพอต่อการอุปโภคบริโภคไม่ขาดแคลนแม้ในฤดูแล้งมีสถานที่ออกกำลังกายในหมู่บ้าน เครื่องออกกำลังกายสนามเด็กเล่นสวนหย่อมเพื่อให้ประชาชนและคนในครอบครัวได้ใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ควรมีการอนุรักษ์และดูแลแม่น้ำลำคลองให้มีสภาพที่ดี ควรมีการฉีดพ่นหมอกควันป้องกันยุงลายและไข้เลือดออกควรให้มีการจัดตั้งกลุ่มเพื่อรับซื้อผลผลิตทางการเกษตรและมีการประกันราคาผลผลิต ควรจัดงานประเพณีต่าง ๆ ให้ประชาชนได้ร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ควรส่งเสริมภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทุกด้าน ควรมีการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อ ความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติงานจริงผู้บริหารควรใช้หลักคุณธรรมเข้ามาบริหารงานเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาหมู่บ้านอย่างยั่งยืน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Theobjectives of this study were to (1) study people’s opinions towards the performance of Thalingchan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province (2) compare the opinions towards the performance of Thalingchan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province classified by areas and personal factors (3) study recommendations to enhance the performance of Thalingchan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Population consisted of 2,329 households’ representatives in 9 villages at Thalingchan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province from which 342 samples were drawn via Taro Yamane calculation. Proportional and convenient random sampling methods were applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One- way ANOVA. Research results revealed that (1) the people’s opinion level towards the performance of Thalingchan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province was at high level (2) when compared the opinions by areas, it was found that people's opinion was highest on Village No.5, Baan Suan Chan and the lowest was on Village No.8 Baan Pak Chao, as for the comparison by personal factors, no differences were found among samples with different genders, ages, education levels and occupations (3) major recommendations were: the organization should take into its consideration that villages' roads should be repaired and maintained, there should be adequate consumption water even in dry season, exercise areas should be arranged together with appropriate fitness equipment, playground, and public park so villagers could spend their times together, there should be activities of spraying chemical smoke to prevent dengue fever, rivers and canals should be kept clean, groups should be formed to purchase agricultural products and guarantee yield, traditional ceremonies should be held to enhance public involvement activities, local wisdom in all aspects should be promoted , training should be provided to defense volunteers continuously, moreover, the administrators should apply moral principles to their management so to increase the opportunities of sustainable development of the villages as a whole | en_US |
