| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้ากระบวนการ และผลลัพท์ และปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการดำเนินการในการควบคุมการระบาดโรคหัดของอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสตูล ประชากร จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือในการศึกษา แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน ใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การประเมินด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้ากระบวนการ และผลลัพท์ ผลประเมินภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี 2) และปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการดำเนินการในการควบคุมการระบาดโรคหัดของอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสตูล ได้แก่ มีการจัดตั้งทีมที่ชัดเจน กำหนดแผนงาน แนวทาง ให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค ควบคลุมวัดซีนให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย มีการเฝ้าระวัง เก็บตัวอย่างอย่างครบถ้วน ระบบรายงานทันต่อเวลา มีระบบการสื่อสาร และประสานงานกับเครื่อข่ายและประชาชนในการลงพื้นที่ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this evaluation research were to study: (1) context, inputs, processes and outputs in the control of a measles outbreak; and (2) factors in the successful control of a measles outbreak, in Mueang district, Satun province. The population of study was the executives and health officials of public health agencies as well as local administrative organizations in the areas where measles patients were detected. Study tools were a checklist, an interview and an evaluation form; with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the evaluation form, especially the context, input, process and output section were 0.74, 0.92, 0.93, and 0.83, respectively. Analyses were performed for quantitative data to determine frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and for qualitative data using content analysis. The results indicated that, for the measles outbreak control in Mueang district: (1) concerning the context assessment, the inputs, processes and outputs in the outbreak control, as a whole and for each aspect, were at a good level; and (2) the key factors in the success of the outbreak control included a clearly established operation team, an analysis of the disease situation and trends leading to the properly developed action plans and operational guidelines approved by relevant executives, the focus on immunization operation and coverage, rapid surveillance and case detection efforts, completeness in specimen collection and laboratory examination, a fast and timely reporting system, adequate personnel with readiness for disease investigation and control, adequate vaccines as well as materials/equipment, sufficient and ready information technology systems, a good communication system, and a coordinated network with community or people’s participation at the local level | en_US |
